Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Electric Hoist Manual Trolley 1 t 2.68

Seems to work ok. But it has only one roller on the underside of the beam to keep, the unit from tipping off the beam. I made a 2nd one. But was it or missing or only one comes with the beam roller system?

I wrote to customer support complaining that the cross bolts fit way too loosely in the side plates and spacers allowing the spacers to offset and potentially collapsing letting the trolley spread and come off the beam rails. Their solution… “do not use -dispose of”. No offer of refund or sending the correct size bolts.
