In general the machine works well but the problem is that I had a breakdown with the Compressor and painfully VEVOR could not replace either the part or the machine, it returned my money, very bad because I had return expenses and now I expect compensation because I had to buy another one because they did not have another one for replacement, a shame in addition to the delay in the response, thank you

I GOT THE ICE MACHINE WHICH I CAN SAY PIECE OF SHI**. NO REUBBER WASHER IN INTAKE NOT ABLE TO FIX .. THERE IS NO AFTER SALE SERVICE.. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL.. NO RESPONSE ON EMAIL... NO RESPONSE WITH WHATS APP NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.. ITS TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME ON EVERYTHING.. I STILL NOT EVEN HEAR ANYTHING FROM COMPNEY BUT YOUR COMPLAINT ESCALETED AS URGENT IN ABVERY EMAIL... SO USELESS TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. THANKS SANJAY

Vevor customer service is non-existent. They refuse to address the 2 items I purchased that were suppose to go together but do not fit properly.

I'm leaving two stars because the ice maker eventually works, but getting it here was an absolute nightmare. The first unit was lost in transit. For weeks, customer service did nothing but apologize. Every time I reached out, they said "we're very sorry" and asked me to wait another 48 hours. But they were not helpful in actually getting a replacement to me ASAP. No expedited shipping. No escalation. No proactive updates. Just apology after apology with zero action. I had to chase them constantly. When the second unit finally arrived (after I threatened a chargeback), there was no compensation for the month-long delay, no acknowledgment of my wasted time, and no effort to make things right. And now the fit issue: This ice maker head does not properly fit their own 250lb storage bin (Model LSB250). There's a large gap at the front between the machine and the bin. Ice falls behind the bin, cold air escapes, and I've had to tape up the front to create a seal. For two products designed to work together, this is unacceptable. Bottom line: If you're lucky enough to receive your order without issues, the machine itself makes ice fine. But if anything goes wrong, don't expect VEVOR to actually help. Their apologies mean nothing when they won't lift a finger to resolve the problem quickly.

Parts are very fragile and cheap. I Bought it a month ago and the white water bucket that holds the water inside the ice maker broke already because is a cheap Piece of plastic screwed in with a metal screws that with small vibrations breaks.

I am hoping that I can rate the quality a five star but I am very concerned about that right now. I have had no success in getting an answer to our issue. We have hooked up the ice maker and everything runs except the compressor heats up and is not freezing the ice. We have followed the instructions carefully but seems to be a problem and still no answers from customer service.

Stopped working in a month. Very hard to get technical service. Should have a phone number. You have to send an email. Wait for a response which asks for a picture or video then wait for them to contact you. I am waiting.

Ice machine is less than 6 months old under warranty, I also bought the extended warranty. It been broken for 10 days now. Every day I message Vevor every day there only response is we are looking into it.

Ice machine quit working before the warranty was expired. This is my second time dealing with Vevor on something covered by warranty and it is a nightmare. They do not stand behind their product and will not cover warranty. I had to spend countless hours troubleshooting for them, taking videos to verify operations, going back and forth for a month with them wanting me to find a service company to get a quote on fixing. All of this and then they offer to refund me 92 dollars.

This is not a commercial ice machine. 6 months and stops producing ice.
