Great product and impressive quality!

Our old manitowoc ice maker broke this summer. Could not justify the expense for the new model. Found this VEVOR commercial ice maker machine, easy to install and no issues since July.

Working great

Ice machine is great. It makes ice quickly and quietly. Design is a little awkward, but it is a great deal for the price and makes nice square cubes. Would definitely buy again. Arrived quick, well packaged and in 2 separate boxes. Thank you!

This little ice machine is a hoss! i am not sure if it holds 300# of ice or not but i can gaurantee you it makes 400# a day!! We put this in our shop and it will have 16 guys fill up coolers on Monday throughout the day with most of them getting it in the morning. and with it dropping roughly 2# of ice every 9 min, it has no problem keeping up with our demand. the rest of the week the guys just get what they need and it seems to be full at all times. we have had this one for about a month and it runs flawless! The only thing i would change is the scoop they send with it, we have a small grain scoop we use as we fill big coolers, the scoop they send is for like a small cup so i recommend purchasing a bigger scoop if you dont have one!

Great product

Great price, easy to assemble , easy to use. It is new so dont know how relaible, but so far after one months use everything is great!

I recently purchased the VEVOR 550 lbs Commercial Ice Maker for my café, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best equipment investments I’ve made. From day one, this machine has performed exactly as advertised — and then some! The ice production is incredible. It easily keeps up with our daily demand, producing a steady supply of crystal-clear cubes throughout the day. The 300 lb storage bin is huge, so we never run out of ice, even during busy rush hours. It’s a true workhorse that just keeps going. The touchscreen control panel is another major plus. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and lets you adjust ice thickness or start the self-cleaning function with just a tap. That automatic cleaning cycle has saved us so much time and ensures the machine stays fresh and sanitary — which is a big deal in a food service setting. Build quality is excellent, too. The stainless steel design not only looks sleek and professional, but it’s also durable and easy to wipe down. It feels solid and well-made, not flimsy or cheap like some other commercial units in this price range. Another thing I love is how quiet and efficient it runs for such a powerful machine. We keep ours near the service counter, and the noise is minimal — just a soft hum. Customers barely notice it’s there! VEVOR also made installation pretty simple. Once the water line and drain were set, the machine started producing ice within minutes. It’s plug-and-play and doesn’t require constant supervision. All in all, I’d highly recommend this ice maker to any business owner who needs serious production at a reasonable price. It’s dependable, efficient, and built to handle heavy use. After a few months of continuous operation, I can confidently say this VEVOR ice maker delivers professional-grade performance without the professional-grade price tag.

This ice machine is not as big as I thought it would be, but wow it’s nice! Makes ice rapidly! I have only had it going for a few days so far but it’s working great! Almost all other reviews are really great on this machine. I got the 400lbs a day machine with 300lb bin. Very pleased so far. Shipping was fast. Bought on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Sunday the day before Labor Day. Couldn’t believe it. Go VEVOR!

This unit works like a charm, have had it for a month but its amazingly productive and starts droping ice within just a few minutes of set up.
