Super Gerät, macht in kürzester Zeit Softeis. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke wenn der Kompressor anspringt, ansonsten für das Geld Top Gerät.

Worked perfectly for what we needed. Was told (by competitors) that this machine "would not make the ice cream fast enough" but I found it to be fairly quick. :) I would reorder.

Einfach und unkompliziert! Wir sind begeistert von dem Ding... Einfach zu reinigen, selbsterklärend... viele Ersatzteile und Verschleißteile sind schon dabei.

800g jahod, 500ml vody, 200g sušeného mléka, 500g jogurtu, 150g cukru, 2g guar gumy a máte zdravou zmrzlinu bez E-ček s celkovým podílem přidaného cukru do 7%. Dá se různě improvizovat s ingrediencemi. Ještě se nám nestalo, že by nevylezla krásná zmrzlina. Dá se nastavovat tuhost zmrzliny. Co nesníme hned, tak vypustíme do misky a dáme na mrazák. Stroj umí se zmrzlinou hibernovat klidně celý den, ale je nezbytné pokud zrovna netočíte zmrzlinu, přepnout jej do módu fresh. S dotykovým displejem je všechno intuitivní. Výsledky jsou opravdu profesionální, ale nečekejte, že obsloužíte frontu lidí na zmrzlinu. V závislosti na teplotě v nádržce potřebuje stroj trochu času na přípravu další porce kde se průběh připravenosti zobrazuje v procentech. Obvykle se jedná o 20 až 50 sekund. Pokud je jich více za sebou, tak se čas může prodloužit. V domácích podmínkách nebo v nějaké malé cukrárně to bude v pohodě. Pokud děláte pouze směs z prášku, dá se stroj propláchnout vodou. Proplachovat dokud nepoteče čistá. Nicméně před dalším použitím opět propláchnout. Po takovém propláchnutí doporučuji stroj znova použít třeba následující den. Pokud do stroje dáváte vlastní směs z ovoce nebo jej plánujete nepoužívat delší dobu, pak je nutné rozebrat šroubovici a důkladně umýt. Pokud si zvyknete jej umývat, pak je všechno v pohodě. Stroj je velmi těžký. Ačkoliv se zdá být kompaktní ve třídě strojů na točenou zmrzlinu, stane se dominantním prvkem kuchyně. Stroj má kompresor, čerpadlo, několik ventilátorů a produkuje značné teplo a hluk.

We purchased this machine for use in our general store and overall have been quite happy with it. For the price, it offers a lot of the features you would expect from a considerably more expensive commercial soft serve machine. Once properly set up and adjusted, it produces a nice, consistent soft serve and has handled our customer demand well. Having two flavours plus the twist option is a big advantage, and the controls are fairly straightforward once you become familiar with them. The pre-cooling feature is also useful, and the machine has plenty of capacity for our operation. Cleaning and disassembly take some time, as you would expect with any commercial soft serve machine, but after you establish a routine it isn't difficult. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the documentation and instructions. They could be much clearer and more detailed, particularly for first-time commercial soft serve machine owners. There is definitely some trial and error involved in getting the settings, consistency and operating procedures figured out. Overall, though, we have been impressed with the machine for the money. It has allowed us to offer soft serve without the much larger investment required for some of the major commercial brands. If you're willing to spend a little time learning the machine and getting your settings dialed in, it represents very good value.
