La machine fonctionne bien le réservoir d’eau est grand mais ça sort un bloc de 24 glaçons accroché ensemble Et non pas des glaçons séparé je suis déçus De plus il est écrit taille des glaçons réglable or on ne peux rien réglé

Did not work period. Your support team sucks dicks wanted to return and offered me 47 Bucks for something I gave 156 bucks for. Finally they send me Info on return but they made it where I can’t print the shipping labels. I will never buy a damn thing from yall period and will make sure they on Facebook and Instagram they yall are very unreliable and do not stand behind y’all’s stuff period

Our old ice machine couldn't keep up with our needs, well we bought this little unit and it doesn't disappoint. This machine is fast, it makes way more ice than we need and now have a surplus, we are now a family of three and it's more than fast enough for us. When we were a family of seven this machine would still keep up. I definitely recommend this ice machine. The only down fall is the poorly written Manuel, but its self explanatory, oh and temp display is in Celsius but that doesn't bother me.

Les glaçons sont trop petits, ils fondent rapidement ! Ils tombent d’un bloc dans le receveur mais sont toujours attachés entre eux et suis obligé de les détacher un par un avec un couteau.. J’ai acheté cette machine à glaçons Vevor avec de bons espoirs car la qualité de fabrication semble correcte au premier abord. Malheureusement, après plusieurs essais en suivant scrupuleusement les recommandations de la notice et en utilisant de l’eau filtrée, je suis très déçu du résultat. Le principal problème concerne le réglage de la taille des glaçons, qui me paraît totalement inefficace. Soit la machine produit un gros bloc de glace compact qui tombe dans le bac comme un véritable « parpaing », soit elle fabrique de petits glaçons creux, très fins, qui commencent à fondre presque immédiatement. De plus, une partie des glaçons reste souvent collée entre eux ou mal détachée lors du cycle. Autre point négatif : le bac de récupération n’est pas réfrigéré et ne conserve pas correctement les glaçons. Ils fondent rapidement, ce qui oblige à les utiliser ou à les transférer immédiatement dans un congélateur. C’est dommage, car la machine paraît robuste, mais les performances ne sont pas à la hauteur de mes attentes pour un usage quotidien. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

Product requires to be moved to access top water fill area via panel. It is taller than expected given that need. I have not used th item and it is in original packaging. Have been trying to return but service is not great via a web platform. I have still to get a return label and am having to chat back and forth to get it. Not customer friendly.
