Quite happy with the quality. Shipping was very fast, and everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. The router has a solid feel to it, and runs smoothly with very little noise and vibration. The accessories also look good, and a small instruction booklet is provided for the base unit. You can figure out the rest fairly easily and/or you can find videos about very similar units on YouTube 2 small irritants: 1) it went on sale right after I purchased it 2) the 2 wrenches provided to tighten the collet chuck do not fit. They are both (arbor flats and chuck) too small by a couple of millimeters.

Positives: practical hand held trim router offering overall very good value for money... especially if you can make some improvements to the accessories yourself. Negatives: - The collet and router bit does not run in the center of the base on the one I received, and there is no adjustability around this. Which is a problem if you'd like to use brass template/guide rings, where you are dependant on being able to know the exact distance from the center of the bit to the outer radius of the ring for accurate cutting with a template or for inlay work. To fix this, you'd need to make a custom base plate that takes into account the offset... or send everything back for a replacement and hope for the best. - The edge-guide is made out of very thin sheet metal and is flimsy. It also has an open slot in the middle, which makes it vulnerable to \"digging in\" on corners. You can improve this a lot by attaching a thin strip of wood along the whole length of the guide, to close up the slot. But unfortunately there are no predrilled holes for this... like you'll see with some routers. So you would need to drill your own, or find a different solution for attachment. - The bearing-guide was bent out of shape due to bad packaging.
