did the job , as described , my only issue with this is with vevor , after receiving the wrong item and the hassle of the return , had to reorder to my surprise item had a price mark up ! for this i rate 4 stars

I purchased this shower base with the intention of installing it in a dog bath. However, once the package arrived at my home, I was disappointed to find that the hole size indicated on the website and the actual hole size weren't exactly the same. I had seen the hole measured 6.3 inches (including the white plastic strip), which gave me a hole of roughly 4 inches, which was fine for me. However, once I opened the package, I measured it, and the 6.3 inches was WITHOUT the white plastic strip, so about 10.5 inches in total. It simply didn't fit with my project. However, the product is of good quality, and I'll probably need this product when I install my ceramic tile shower later. A small downside, however, for the refund of the part, I was offered a few times to partially refund the part and keep it, however I didn't need the part...but my money yes to buy a suitable part for my bathroom project. So I had to insist during a few exchanges with customer service to make my point. I was finally refunded the full amount, however no coupon for the return of the part...I'm still waiting to know if I should keep it or return it...

The track showed that the goods were delivered to the leasing office. But I did not receive the access code to the unit where the package was left. No one helped me and I won't get a refund.
