Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Duschpaneel-Turmsystem (5 Modi) mit Regenwasserfall-Duschkopf & LED, (1345 mm) Duschsäule aus gebürstetem Edelstahl, Regenmassagesystem zur Wandmontage, mit Handbrause & Wannenauslauf

This model uses G 1/2 thread for the pipe connector, which is incompatible with Canada's NPT (National Pipe Thread). Adapters for this don't exist. Why did they sell me this model knowing it would not fit?

Beware this company gives you the run around when something is broken or missing

The quality of this fixture is cheap cheap cheap. I bought one unit last July that lasted a month. The replacement unit lasted 6 months. The main brass control fitting literally snapped at the connection threads causing water to pour from the fixture - and it wasn’t even being used at the time! Terrible.

Cheep quality and bad plastic, almost everything is from cheep plastic and bad quality I do not recommend to anyone, DO NOT BUY THIS I THEM, IS NICE IN VIDEO BUT NOT WORTH ANY MONEY

I have not received this product yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

plumber would not install too complicated would like to return if possible

Shower head leaked terribly and the water got into the wall behind the unit, down to the next floor and destroyed the ceiling and walls in addition to my brand new front door. So incredibly disappointed. This was the worst purchase I could have ever had, would be negative 1000 rating if I could. Until this is resolved trust that I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Customer service is always behind and not useful at all, delivery was super slow, time of delivery you can see at the time of ordering is only a joke. I didn't use it yet but for sure after sell service get big 0 star.
