This shower stool is brilliant ... have it in my campervan to use as a regular stool as it fits perfectly in the very limited space and it also doubles for the outdoor shower. After all who made the rule you have to stand in the shower. It functional and sturdy. Have 2 of them now.

2/12/2024: VEVOR Shower Chair for Inside Shower, 360 Degree Swivel Shower Seat, Adjustable Height, 300 lbs Capacity This shower chair was very easy to put together without the need for any tools. The bolts are made to be screwed in by hand, and I had no trouble getting them to be tight enough. Once together the chair is very sturdy and it swivels well. It isn't really cushioned, but if I use it as a shower chair I wouldn't really like sitting on a wet cushion, so this works out well. It is very sturdy. I don't really like the way it looks in my shower, so I don't want to leave it there all the time (and there isn't enough floor space in my bathroom to put it anywhere else in there when I take it out of the shower), so I probably won't use it much as a shower chair. There are tons of other uses for a height adjustable swivel stool though! I found it very useful yesterday when organizing things that were laid out on the coffee table. Normally I sit on the floor (it's too low for a regular chair) and end up in pain, but this stool worked out much better! The adjustable height makes it very versitile. My only complaint is that adjusting the height can be a little difficult. Each leg has to be adjust individually (of course), but it wasn't easy to push the little thing (if you have issues with hand strength or arthritis in your hands then you might not be able to do it at all). I found I had to rotate each leg a little bit or else it catches at the next hole and you have to push the little thing in again. But then I kept accidentally twisting too far and losing where the holes were, so that was a bit of a pain. If you don't plan on adjusting the height much once you get it where you want it, this won't be an issue, but if you plan on using it for many different purposes which require different heights it gets a little annoying.

This Shower Seat is Great! It doesn't take up much room in the shower and it's easy to raise and lower the leg height. It was easy to assemble, and feels stable and sturdy. I love it! Great Value!

I ordered this because as I get older, I'm finding it harder to shave my legs in the shower. This stool is very easy to assemble. It took me about five minutes. The directions are clear and no tools are required. The height is adjustable. In the shower, the stool stays put because it has rubber feet that grip the floor. My shower has a slightly grainy floor, so I'm not sure how this stool might stick on a smooth shower floor. A negative about the stool is that the rotating circle on top doesn't rotate that easily. I weigh about 135 lb, but I have a tough time swiveling it because it sticks a bit, hence the four-star rating instead of five

Overall, I liked the shower chair. This company's advertising tag line is, \"tough tools, half price.\" I think that's in line with the product I received. It's not top of the line as far as features, but it seems to be very functional for its intended purpose. It seems quite sturdy and solidly built. The \"reliable spring buckle design\" holds the legs securely in place. I think the adjustable height (from just over 14\" up to 19\") is fantastic. The hesitancy I have is twofold: the seat and its turn feature. The seat is made from a hard molded plastic, and the top turn area also appears to be plastic (very slightly textured and bends like plastic). There are two potential issues which concern me about the seat. The first is that moisture and other stuff could get trapped between the base seat and the top portion. The directions say to never store this wet, but I'm not sure how you could ensure that there wasn't anything trapped between those surfaces. I could envision this creating a problem down the road, but maybe I'm borrowing problems. The other more glaring issue is that, though it does turn, it certainly doesn't turn easily. While you wouldn't want a product to spin uncontrollably, I wish it had a smoother and somewhat easier turn. With less than 150 pounds on it, it was sticky and took a fair amount of core strength to turn on the chair. It was not smooth. Because this product offers that feature as a selling point, I would say that if that was the primary motivation in choosing to purchase this particular chair, it may not deliver at the level expected. If a person just wants a solid shower chair, this shouild meet expectations.

I bought this shower chair to meet the needs of a senior family member during a vacation rental but was unable to use it because the legs are too short to bridge the side of the tub even when fully extended. The assembly hardware under the seat limited the height under the seat even further, and the 18" maximum height of the stool is too low for a senior with mobility issues. I expected the maximum height of the stool to be 21" like a similar stool we have that has longer foot tubes that extend the length of the legs. This allows two shorter legs to be inside the tub and two longer legs to be outside the tub so that the senior with mobility issues can sit and swivel on the seat while raising each leg separately and then use a grab bar to stand in the shower. We tried using the foot tubes from a walker to extend two legs of the stool, but the diameter of the tubes was too big. If Vevor has longer foot tubes that could be used to increase the height of this stool, we would like to have them and would give the stool more stars.

Flimsy, does not hold any weight. Do not buy it is dangerous, daughter is 78 lbs and wont hold her.
