We bought this in August of 2026 to replace a Star conveyor oven that we'd had for like 10 years. We use this to toast pre-made mini donuts. Once you get the chain speed set correctly for your use, it's a great little oven. The "mode" dial can be set to 4 different positions. One is for bread (top and bottom heating elements). One is for buns (bottom elements only). Stand-by is like a preheat level, and the other setting is off. Came with absolutely no instructions on how to affix the rear door on the back of the machine. We've tried several different ways, and it keeps falling out. Im probably going to put a couple of screws through it and permanently close it. Because we use it for mini donuts, we let them drop out the bottom and roll down the stainless steel curved ramp thing. I need to get a catch pan or something to slide under the ramp because if someone isn't standing there watching it, this thing will launch mini donuts across the kitchen. Cleaning is super easy. So far it seems to be a good value for the money.

Great addition to the kitchen , work’s perfectly every time and with the heavy duty construction it will last a long time . Highly recommend

The machine is nice, light, easy to clean, and seems to be well made. Toasting, however, is very inconsistent as sometimes items toast nicely on one pass through, and sometimes they need a second toasting. If they need a second toasting, you have to adjust the belt speed or they will burn.
