Coupler broke. Not a month old. Wheel grinds.

This hose reel doesnt want to automatically reel up at all. I have tried repeatedly but it will not reel up all the way.

This hose reel is decent overall, but there are a couple misleading specs. First, the hose is not a true 1/2". I build air, fuel, and coolant lines, and sizing matters — this feels undersized compared to a real 1/2" hose. Second, the hose is rated for 300 PSI, but the reel itself is only rated for 150 PSI. That means the seals and internal components of the reel can’t handle what the hose is capable of. It gives the impression you're buying a 300 PSI reel, but you're not. Because of these issues, I can’t give it 5 stars. It works, but the specs are a bit misleading.

I ordered the air hose retractable reel and received it in good shape. Upon inspection I determined the reel would not retract at all. I called the support line and made them aware of the issue and all they would tell me to send in a picture of the reel showing the problem. Not sure how to make a picture of something not retracting , but I sent the picture and heard nothing back. I called back and requested a refund or exchange and still nothing. Vevor seems to have decent products but good luck if you have any issues.

I wish I could say these were excellent but they’re the opposite. The moment we went to use them after mounting them they don’t work at all. I have used many retractable air hose units before and they work fine. For whatever reason these just don’t work. We have to work them so much and they just don’t operate correctly” and retract. . Also, one of them leaked immediately after we hooked it up at the internal mechanism. That was a bummer.. I’m so busy with my cabinet company I haven’t had time to deal with sending back so I just eat the cost I guess. I will be getting different ones that work correctly and spend money again somewhere else. So much fun…

Absolutely the worst air hose reel I’ve ever used. Will not roll back up to save my life. I have to fight it to get it to roll up 3/4 of the way and I don’t even bother to roll it up completely. I’m a big fan of vevor but this air hose reel is garbage

Matériel reçu il ne fonctionne pas il ne fait pas sa fonction de enrouleur automatique.apres moulte msg aucune solution ne m’a été proposée !!! Toujours le même msg problème complexe à analyser nous avons besoin de plus de temps !!!!! Il marche pas le truc Cezt pas compliqué à analyser !!!!!! Jai fourni photo vidéo tout ce qu’il demande pour analyser !!!!! Plus du. Mois que sa dure et toujours rien !!!!!! Sav nul zéro je ne recommande pas VEVOR

Ik heb het niet kunnen proberen want ik heb hem met de hand moeten oprollen hij rolde de slang niet op helaas . Of gewoon pech gehad of toch slecht product.

J'en ai commandé 4 . 2 sont arrivés défectueux. Mais SAV VEVOR au TOP.
