hose end broke when I put air onto the reel.

D'apparence solide et qualitatif, mais reçu tordu et le ressort ne fonctionne plus après 1 mois sur une dizaine d'utilisation. Très déçu...

Unit broke in 2 months, Vevor didn't want to stand behind the product went round and round with customer service finally just accepted the fact that they didn't want to accept any responsibility for the product. Got a partial refund and threw it away. Go to Harbor Freight and stay away.

The hose connections failed after 1 month, about hit me in the face when they popped off.

The images on the advert were taken to make the unit look bigger than it is . Upon receiving the unit just passes in it function . The quality barely passes average and if you do not assist the unit when recoiling the cable back into its reel it will get stuck which defeats the purpose of having an automatic recoil hose reel . Most likely will not be buying from Vevor again

Never received. Address was mixed up so they didn't deliver. Been over a month and haven't received a refund after they were returned to sender.

The hose rail is a piece of crap. Spring boat broke within 15 minutes of trying. It took apart to look at it can’t send you pictures of the spring actually broken in half and no this wasn’t abuse. It was installed on the truck and pulled out twice disappointed can’t send pictures cause I can’t upload for some reason to your site through an Apple iPhone good concept. The hose is good. I believe it’s a manufacturers defect with the Spring. Hopefully you’ll come good for a new one but I would be shocked. Everything else bought has been satisfactory.

Return spring broke on the very first use. China junk.

They sent it to the wrong address and refused to correct the problem after multiple attempts to do so. Apparently, they're very very stupid and don't understand the English language well. I bought a product from another supplier that was cheaper. Also, I don't agree to them selling or sharing my information, but I can't post this review (They have hounded me with many emails to write a review), without accepting ALL COOKIES. What a bunch of crap.
