I bought this to use in emergency with my manual threader. I use backup to quickly ratchet a thread out, stand is great to be able to get situated. There is actually a handle to avoid pinch points which is nice. It’s not as solid as the snap down frame, but it works great for manual threading when you use a backup as well. Absolutely killer for dealing with seized fittings as well, gives the added strength and allows you to get your body weight over the pipe without having to work on the ground

I find this product for it's price great for the work i do as a plumber and gas fitter. Find it a little heavier to move around than the ridgid plus have used it three times and already is loosing it's paint.

When threading rigid conduit, it’s OK 1 inch RMC pipe it works great on smaller conduit when tighten it down the unit starts falling apart. You have to get a framing hammer and beat the shit out of the handle because it comes off then I took some plastic vinyl 10 mil tape and wrapped around it about four times so the handle wouldn’t be dropping off .

My tool was lost in shipping so I had I to communicate with Vevor. I told them numerous times to just send me another one, I really need this tool. I think I was communicating with a bot or something. They ended up refunding me the money after requesting numerous times just to send me another one.

The product wasn't horrible in some ways but in the end it did not perform. The base is solid and heavy which is good for this piece, but the vise and teeth are not so heavy duty.The chain vise would not hold a piece of pipe from spinning even after hitting the handle with a hammer to make it as tight as possible. After one or two the teeth on the vise were so rounded and worn that it would not hold a piece of pipe. The best part is I had to buy another one from a different company to complete the project and paid more since I now needed it immediately. After answering multiple questions from customer service over 24 hours of messaging they basically ghosted me for another 24 hours and then tried to close the "ticket" as resolved without resolving anything. So I pushed back and another 12 hours later they offered me $36 on the $130 tool I had purchased but did not perform as advertised. Moral is even their customer service has no idea what the tool is supposed to do and made it obvious.
