Unit came well packaged, with all of the parts intact. Operates very smoothly. Had to alter the keys to suit my mill table slots. Manual suggests there is an optional tailstock for this unit, but have been unable to get any information on where to order one. Delivery was very fast.

excellent quality for the price point, no more or no less backlash etc in the gearing than many other "higher quality" units that i have looked at and also used, few of the edges on the machined surfaces needed a lick with a file to reduce the sharp edges to my liking, but that is just a caution thing as i will be using it to teach a junior and want to minimise the risks as they are learning and still have 'electrician soft' hands.. certainly recommend this unit to anyone looking to add to their arsenal, and the delivery speed was fantastic.

A very good well made, high quality product at an excellent price. Bought it to carry out a special vertical milling modification to a cylindrical casting. The exercise was completed with ease using the table in the vertical position, very pleased. It would be helpful if the correct type of tapped tee slot nuts for table clamping were supplied with the unit, also an option for a clamping set would be beneficial and would have saved me the time spent sourcing/obtaining these.

ok so it's not the best available but that said you have to consider what you get for your money and that is a perfectly adequate tool for the home workshop. Needed a good clean before use and the odd bit of deburring but hey look at the price

Otherwise fine but Allen wrench was not included. Obviously not a big deal but i wuold be very pissed off if it wasn't a metric one.
