Looks nice, feels nice, dosent work properly, wont click to notste prooer torque. Disapointed, but havent got time to fight it...bsck in case.....shelfed

Les 3 clefs ne marche pas

Torque wrench was received and did not work properly. Attempted to tighten 3 nuts and auto at low torque specifications below 50lbs and did not emit audible “click”. This indicates product isn’t calibrated or simply doesn’t work at all. The company wants me to take photos or video to support my claim which isn’t applicable for a micrometer torque wrench. This is a Chinese product, and it appears that they will not allow for a return or refund based on their response to my claim. Brand new wrench used exactly 3 times for the purpose intended and they want a video or picture proving the malfunction? Avoid this company and by product that is backed by no frills return/refund policy.

Je remercie votre service client pour le remboursement car je ne suis pas arrivé à afficher la valeur pour les serrages dont j'avais besoin en Nm. Celle que j'ai acheté en Allemagne est très facile à utiliser avec un affichage précis malgré une fabrication sûrement chinoise. Pour les européens il faut juste un affichage en Nm facile à régler.

Unfortunately it showed up with the screws that hold the ratchet head on where snapped off

Piece of garbage its not recommended. it breaks down and broke my manifold nut . was using it for second time.

Nagyon rossz az érték beállítása, pontos megadás kb lehetetlen. Szóval a fene se tudja, hogy most jó értéket adtam meg vagy sem.

The only thing I don't like about the torque wrench is that it don't click very loudly and can't feel it click very well. Unlike others I have used. Other than that it is built great.

Metto 2 stelle solo perchè la Chiave sembra consistente e ben fatta e le riduzioni all'interno sono utili, ma non sono soddisfatto per niente. Punto uno: molto difficile settarla, i numeri incisi sulla chiave nella scala Newton Metro (Nm) non sono interi (10, 20, 30 ecc.) ma decimali (12,3 - 14,7 - 15,9 ecc.), al contrario sono interi nella scala Ft - Lb che sta sul retro; per usarla devo convertire Nm in Ft - Lb con l'aiuto dell'intelligenza artificiale. Punto due: cosa grave che può recare danni seri come nel mio caso, il click non si sente assolutamente per valori di coppia bassi e ne la frizione interviene,, mi aspettavo che il rumore fosse il classico "click", invece poi ho capito che era una leggera vibrazione, peccato che quando me ne sono accorto il bullone della pinza freno della moto aveva gia staccato la filettatura dalla forcella.
