My husband and I are getting older hand carrying heavy items is becoming more difficult. We recently purchased a new home, with a first floor laundry room. We acquired a raised platform for our front-loading washer and dryer and bought this laundry cart to make transporting clean laundry from one room to another easier. It works great. The casters (even the smaller 4" ones) are easy-rolling and handle floor transition strips with ease; going from tile to LVP to carpet and back with little resistance. The only minor issue I have with the cart is the assembly. The instructions are SUPER tiny and the item is different than what was pictured on the website. I would have preferred bolts that go direct through the metal assembly strips and into the cart frame, but instead, you get U shaped bolts that are difficult to get into place and they have the nuts/threads on top where the clothes rest. Loose weave fabrics can get snagged due to this. A flat bolt with a square shank and the nuts on the bottom of the unit would be better.

The wheels are heavy duty. Seem to be well made. The only issue I had was getting the basket lined up to the frame, does not seem to be square so that was a little bit of a challenge. Plus there was a nut missing. Overall I'm happy with the basket.

This is cheap for the price! I have had it just over a year and the wheels are messed up. I would not recommend!

Wheels won’t stay on. Do not recommend

Wire on basket is thin, and overall construction is weaker than standard quality commercial "laundrymat" style carts. Over all for light use.

I can't in good conscience give a good review. Overall, the item has great potential and is exactly what I was looking for. But upon assembly, it became obvious that the U shape bolts did not fit properly in the flat bar that is needed to attach the basket to the frame of the wheel structure. The holes in the flat bar are just not in the right places. Upon raising the issue with the customer service they said they didn't understand the issue and needed a video instead of the photo that clearly showed the wonky fit. I eventually gave up and used zip ties instead so now the item works but at the price you pay, you shouldn't have to McGyver the assembly and the customer service should respond better as there is obviously a manufacturing issue and I can't be the first person to encounter this problem.

This was a gift for my brother-in-law and as of yet he has not used it so I gave it a neutral rating. I will update when he has said whether he likes it or not.

wheels do not tighten all the way. I need to tighten them everyday or else they get lose and fall off. other than that, it's good

The basket is ok the legs and wheels are garbage. would not get this unless you know how to weld.
