I received, installed and one part is broken, I'm so disappointed, it's not working because of this small plastic part😭 I can't understand how to return it or how to change this part.

Compared to the big box stores, the price was well worth it. The size of the unit was a little disappointing, but the small one was the only one that would fit my cabinet. It was easy to install and works well. Love the soft close hinges as well

I bought this to install undercounter trash bins in our kitchen. I'm mostly happy given the price, BUT, the installation instructions were two sentences and a basic drawing, (a LOT of trial and error was needed but I got there in the end).The metal is rather soft and thin but does the job relatively well. I doubt it will last more than a few years of use, but who knows.

It’s a ok item. The install was difficult for the first time. The first slide rails stopped soft closing and now the second set has quit soft closing as well. They sent a whole new kit to replace the broken slides so now I have 4 trash cans. That’s great but I don’t want to warranty the second set and get two more trash cans to deal with. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I did not.

The price was very good. Components were of good quality. Soft close feature is nice and work well. However the instructions were useless and it is difficult to open. This a design flaw because the cabinet attaches at the bottom and the cabinet handle is at the top since this a full height cabinet insert.

Not the best. Slides are difficult to slide after 2 months. Not impressed. Installation was challenging. Not enough clear instructions. Templates were not great.

it looks nice and has 50QT which is the most among other similar products. but the railings are so bad that they fails within 2 months. plus the door doesn't sit good with it.

The 35 quart pull out trashcan had a waste basket that did not take up the whole space that it could.. I think it could accommodate an I think it could accommodate a slightly larger trashcan. Also, two times now it has malfunctioned because the tensioner moves on the track and I have to move it back in order to be able to close the pull out.

I am happy with this product overall. I am upset that one of the cans was damaged in shipping, it had a crack in it. I contacted customer service, they asked questions and asked me to send a picture of the damaged can. I sent pictures and then never heard back from them.

I purchased this item and when it shipped I was told it was coming by On Track and they would provide tracking info. After several days I had to contact Vevor for that information. They responded but only indicated the item was on its way and no other details. When it did arrive there was considerable damage to one of the plastic trash cans and a crack in the other. I contacted them on their site to make a damage claim with a picture showing the damage. I had to submit this claim three times only to get an email that after 72 hours the claim would be marked as resolved. I never got a direct response to my claim to replace the damage items. I will not buy from Vevor in the future and will let others know that they do not stand behind what they sell.
