Werkt goed, maar als ik afstandsbediening wil bijkopen lukt dat niet. "Niet leverbaar". Ik heb er twee maar wil er vier, jammer van de service achteraf...

BUYER BEWRE!!!! I installed the gate opener and properly wired it. One actuator retracted six inches at a time, the other actuator didn't work at all. On the third attempt the circuit board blew. I requested a refund and Vevor responded by offering pointless electrical diagnosis options and refuses to refund. Vevor has 1432 complaints with the BBB. My guess is that this reveiw never gets posted.

Works for about a year than the remotes die you buy more remotes, but they don’t program right everything is just a little cheaper than it should be now I gotta go to tractor supply and buy a new power gate assembly new remotes start all over.

The customer service is worthless! You can not speak to anyone on the phone so you message them your problem, then in 24hrs they might get back to you, and if they didn't answer your question, well guess what message them again! I bought a dual gate opener after receiving it i realized I could not operate each gate separately from on another, so i asked to return it and buy two single gate opener well I had to find a carrier and pay for return shipping. So I would NOT recommend purchase anything that might require customer service or return shipping! I learned the hard way! 5 star unhappy customer right here!!

Given trouble since day one and was asked to send a video of symptoms. IAM not going to be waiting at the gate to see and record the gate opening at strange times when it should be shut and I have arrived home with the gate open half way . And it's not wind blowing it open as it's got a electric lock which the gate opener has control of . So I believe it's something to do with the control box itself and it would be good if vevor sent out a new controller to see if it revolves the issues

After a long install. The product worked as stated for 6 days. We then noticed that the remotes, even at the gate, wouldn’t activate the gate right away. It would take a few clicks. Now 6 days later, you have to click it 20 plus times to get it to open. So either trying to get into the gates or out, you have to sit there trying to get it to open. VEVOR said there are no solutions to this. We even tried ordering an external receiver to help solve this problem, plus the fact that the remotes that come with it will NOT sync to your cars’ mirror garage door openers. The external receiver VEVOR suggested also does not work. Again, VEVOR said there’s no fix and they can’t replace the panel itself. So we have to now uninstall the entire system and replace it with a different quality system. Customer service by the way takes 24 hours per email response to any issue or help requests. This was 5 days of back and forth to find out there’s no solution.

Bought the double swing gate and one arm didn't work. Been going back and forth with the company and they keep telling me 1 to 3 days everytime and would not help me or even give me a proper answer one week after.
