Produit de qualité , sur la petite clé les boutons du clavier sont un peu durs (contacts de la platine sans doute un peu decalés)mais sur la grande tout est ok
Une fois les valeurs pré établies l’utilisation est simple
Le serrage est précis et progressif

Setting the torque values are very confusing. The instructions do not guide you through the process

Over all I am happy with the torque wrench. It is easy to set can retain several different settings. My one big dislike of the unit is the screen. When you are outside in the light is is very hard to see. I have to go back into the garage when I need to change settings.

Batteries delivered with the product were depleted already when receiving the torque wrench. Changing the batteries was so difficult that i ended up destroying the battery compartment, which rendered the wrench unusable.

poorleno Poor screen visibility but works OK.
3.7-37 ft-lb 1/2"+3/8"
They are not bad, but:
The screen is of poor quality and you can see it clearly only at a certain angle. The settings menu is extremely dumb, it works but it is so unnecessary complicated and slow to use. Also it would have been nice if the screen rotated around the handle cause 1/2 times you can't see what u are doing, you can use only the sound indication.

HVAC Professional Wished the tool was as solid as customer service
At first glance it was a good value. Feels sturdy in the hand and seems solid. Used this tool about a dozen times for tightening 1/4"-3/4" flares for refrigerant connections. No torque setting has been used that comes close to the max rating of this tool. On the last use, tool was set for 83 Nm and made it to 40Nm before the adjustable jaws gave up and broke into two pieces rending the tool useless. Customer service offered two solutions, talk to tech support or request to return unit for a refund. I chose the refund and am off to find a replacment.

Really difficult to use! The user guide is completely useless. Written in chinglish and makes no sense. I gave up and bought a different product.
