it sucks and is dangeros tolight and every thing is low qualitt

The input hose diameter is too large to fit down a gas tank. The purchase was completely useless to me.

Quit after 10 gallons. Smoke started coming out of the end of the pump.

I was supposed to hook up any of my batteries from my cordless drills, but what they sent me is you put 2D batteries in it and that’s what you use for power it’s false advertisement it’s a piece of shit

The unit arrived on time. The suction hose was of good quality. The output hose was a poor quality and easily folded. When I tried to put it together I found that one of the factory crimped ends on the output hose was not the right connector. It was supposed to be threaded and it looks to be some type of a quick connect that does not fit. I contacted vivor to replace the hose. They wanted to replace just the connector which I explained they can't do as it is a factory crimped part and I can't crimp the hose. They agreed to send a new hose. Weeks later I was notified that the part was lost in shipping and they would like to give me a partial refund and I can source my own part to fix it. I explained again that if I can find the correct connector I can't crimp it onto their hose. This is a high flow diesel hose and I don't want to use just a barbed connector I want the factory crimping. They then wanted to have me return it and they would send me a new one. If this was the only option I could have saved weeks and just returned this the day I received it and spared myself a month of frustration dealing with a company that clearly doesn't understand their own products and offers for customer service.

Worked for 30 seconds then stopped pumping. Tried to get it to work again and it wouldn’t . Going to return.

Never worked when I finally needed it

I was clicking through pumps for my gas can with manual pump since the manual pump is 100% useless and also leaks. I wanted a different size pump and selected this one. Turns out this is diesel only. I wasnt thinking there would be a diesel only in the selection with gas pumps. Why have the 2 listed together. I thought i was selecting a size. When i try to return it they only offered a small partial refund. Make sure you read closely. If you want a diesl only pump then look for this new one listed on marketplace because it is useless to me. It also takes days to communicate with customer service so pay close attention to description details.
