Binnen een paar maanden de toevoer slang lek waardoor die er meer diesel naast pompte als in de heater. Waardoor het rond de heater ene bende werdt Slang zit vlak naast de uitlaat aan de onderkant en er is geen hitte bestendige slang gebruikt

It says it is 8Kw. Converting that to BTU = about 27,000 btu. I doubt very much it is putting out that much heat. It took over 2 hours to raise the temperature from 40 to 60f. My 32000 btu propane heater does that in a few minutes.

well shipping was pretty quick, the heater arrived in an undamaged box, when I opened the package everything was packed well. Removed the heater and first found that the control panel on the top of the heater was pushed in or down into the compartment, the plastic screen was a little scratched up, figured I would just take the side panel apart to fix this. Then upon putting everything together found that the fittings for the hot air hose are really thin, no flange and when I tried to keep in on the quick connect, the hose just falls out. Clearly a design flaw with the missing flange. Contacted customer service, very quick response, they say they will make it right in the next 1-2 days. Kind of disappointed right now but lets see what they do. Its cold where I am and I have been waiting to use this in my garage and now delayed.

the led screen is on top of this unit. One Little spill of diesel and it is peeling off. the screen needs to be on the side.

From the box, the heater will not turn on or off using the control head mounted on the heater itself and will only work from the remote control. I have contacted Vevor to receive a replacement unit and am waiting on a response. I took a video of the malfunction to post here but there is no way to post a video as part of a review, but I have provided the video directly to Vevor. Will update this review in the future.

Almost caught fire under my truck.I've been trying to contact vevor for a replacement or any kind solution to resolve this. Ther was no melted wires but alot of smoke. I do believe it was internal with the heater. Because the silver part was very hot 🔥. But at the time I was not using it at all. I just woken up to alot of smoke

I have bought two of these exact same models and neither one of them now work all they do is white smoke I have replaced Parts I have taken apart and cleaned them and they still don't want to fire

This heater. It can hold down a pile of papers, but it's not much good for more than that. I take that back actually. It can be an ok flame thrower. It spews white smoke from all over inside the body and the exhaust outside. You'd think that means fire but no, it's just smoldering diesel. It does get a little warm once it has a quick spark and shoots flames out of the exhaust hot enough to make the pipe glow red. It's very pretty to watch, though I'm pretty sure it's unsafe. I could deal with that, just call customer service and tell them the issue. Oh, wait. That's another terrible thing about this company. They don't have a customer service department. They have a robot that continually tells you it's looking into the issue. You can try to get in touch with them in a million ways. They'll never reply. So now I have a $150 or so paperweight after taxes, my hands and entire garage smell like diesel and I'm still cold. Not only do I not recommend this product, I don't recommend the company. Scam product, scam company. See ya Vevor, I'll be sure to tell everyone I possibly can forever how awful you are. I've attached a photo of the best thing this did, blow a bunch of smoke. Fun to watch, doesn't keep you warm

Used for about 1 hour and it stopped working not worth the money

I got this lasted 1 week I hot the extended warranty paid $171.11 to get it to my door Vevor offered me $46 us dollars to make it right then offered $77 dollars even though i got the 3 year warranty but neither the warranty or Vevor will make it right dont buy from Vevor crazy a company screws you like this
