I have bought two of these exact same models and neither one of them now work all they do is white smoke I have replaced Parts I have taken apart and cleaned them and they still don't want to fire

This heater. It can hold down a pile of papers, but it's not much good for more than that. I take that back actually. It can be an ok flame thrower. It spews white smoke from all over inside the body and the exhaust outside. You'd think that means fire but no, it's just smoldering diesel. It does get a little warm once it has a quick spark and shoots flames out of the exhaust hot enough to make the pipe glow red. It's very pretty to watch, though I'm pretty sure it's unsafe. I could deal with that, just call customer service and tell them the issue. Oh, wait. That's another terrible thing about this company. They don't have a customer service department. They have a robot that continually tells you it's looking into the issue. You can try to get in touch with them in a million ways. They'll never reply. So now I have a $150 or so paperweight after taxes, my hands and entire garage smell like diesel and I'm still cold. Not only do I not recommend this product, I don't recommend the company. Scam product, scam company. See ya Vevor, I'll be sure to tell everyone I possibly can forever how awful you are. I've attached a photo of the best thing this did, blow a bunch of smoke. Fun to watch, doesn't keep you warm

Used for about 1 hour and it stopped working not worth the money

I got this lasted 1 week I hot the extended warranty paid $171.11 to get it to my door Vevor offered me $46 us dollars to make it right then offered $77 dollars even though i got the 3 year warranty but neither the warranty or Vevor will make it right dont buy from Vevor crazy a company screws you like this

This is the other model that I have bought that does not want to work and again I have tried everything from replacing glow plugs to cleaning them and yet funny enough when they've been taken apart there's no carbon in them at all but yet they don't want to run and now me and my daughter have no heat because of it

Well left it a bad review but not because the heater was bad but the company was terrible. Never did actually receive the the heater I ordered it it said it was coming with tracing number and everything. Never showed up and after couple weeks of emails and getting the run around finally got my money back. I’ve never seen such a poor customer service. Never get to talk to anyone it’s all through email. And the impression I got is the they can talk but they have no clue on what they are talking about because they can’t get off there ass and look for something. Just a normal large company with lazy work ethic. Will be a long time before I consider them again

Bought the desiel heater ...it worked about 6 nights....about 55 hours total and it will not start any more... absolutely a waste of money!

This heating unit arrived quickly. It was delivered with out damage. I set it up for a camping unit. It WAS awesome. Turned camping into a much better experience. BUT it only worked for a short time. Less than 60 days. I just wish it lasted longer. I even did protection things becausr I believed it was a perment solution. But it is no longer working, that sucks. I would buy enother but not to last only less than 60 days. Very disapointed.

I never received the package the heater.

Received this unit to heat my shop. Filled it up with diesel, got it all hooked up and running and everything was great for 3 days. After the 3rd day, the diesel tank sucked itself in reducing the total volume from 1.9 gallons to about 3/4 of a gallon- making me do more frequent fill ups. I contacted customer support and they are shipping a replacement tank for me.. while this happened I received another error code that I couldn’t find online and the unit won’t shut off or reset, so it’s effectively running without any input from the controller or screen buttons. Contacted customer support again. Not too happy with this heater. I have friends that recommended them and haven’t had issues with theirs- mine is a different story but I guess that’s my luck. Not happy.
