Have called, emailed and sent pics Request #2908900 - This is supposedly an amazing heater -- cant wait to test it out.. Paid extra for external tank - but for now Its completely not functional until we figure out the short... Not a happy camper today out here in the cold.

I received this diesel heater, but it arrived with a serious fuel leak. Diesel fuel was leaking inside the unit.. Due to the potential fire and safety hazard, I stopped using it immediately. I contacted customer service, provided video evidence, and requested a refund. The initial response times were slow, and I was offered a replacement when I had specifically requested a refund. My experience with this product has been disappointing due to the safety issue and the difficulty resolving the matter. Buyers should carefully inspect the unit before use.

Heater was working great then the fan quit working now I am trying to get parts to get it working it needs a new fan controller the fan controller also controls the operation of the heater working with warrant department for parts

This unit ran when first installed, however haven’t been able to get it started again. Very frustrating trying to get help This unit was my second purchase, so I’m very disappointed in its performance

This heater worked a total of 3 times before giving an error code rendering it completely useless. No support from vevour whatsoever other than a generic reply listing possible troubleshooting which only served to demonstrate the fact they had not read my email.

Junk heater quit working took apart to clean everything that is supposed to be clean and still doesn’t work

I purchased the Vevor heater expecting reliable and consistent warmth, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. The unit often fails to ignite or maintain heat, the temperature fluctuates unpredictably, and the thermostat offers little to no regulation. Build quality feels cheap, with rattling parts and misaligned components, making the heater unreliable even in a small space. What made matters worse was the complete lack of effective customer support. Emails and service tickets went unanswered or offered generic, unhelpful advice. The manual is minimal and doesn’t cover troubleshooting beyond the basics. For a product at this price, I expected either a functional unit or real support — I received neither. I cannot recommend this heater.

For a VIVO suitcase diesel heater on January 26 and it was shipped out within a couple of days and it’s been sitting in New Jersey for over a week and the last location is at the terminal just miles from the delivery point and it’s been there four days and I still haven’t gotten my order. I am so disappointed in this company’s delivery service. I wouldn’t even give them one star . I just pray that when this unit comes I don’t have to send it back. I hope that it works. I’ve been looking so forward to it in this cold northeastern weather what a joke this company has become they gave me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which is far from enough.

Have had issues from the get go, difficult to start, followed the instructions and it was difficult, even had a couple buddies over to try and troubleshoot without any improvement, but eventually it began working… worked well a couple time once up and going until this past weekend …. Now it’s a major problem, made a strange sound then we smelt burning …. Opened it and the small was 10x stronger and smoked bellowed out… we immidiately turned it off and as of today I had a look and I don’t see anything burnt … reached out to customer service and they are sending it to another dept ( my concern) and they want photos and video’s … and no resolution … Not sure how to proceed as I need this thing for the upcoming weekend and they are advising me in an email to be patient … not a great outcome yet! I’ll update my review if I get some reasonable service otherwise be warned … this may be a significant issue!

Never received the item. Tracking says it is delivered but never got it. Still waiting for a refund.
