Unit does not work.... looks like the box was already opened and returned to Vevor. And Vevor shipped this (used) unit to me. This is disappointing. Doing some troubleshooting, looks like the fuel pump is defective. I put a trouble ticket into Vevor. I have purchased a number of items from Vevor over last couple of years... some large/pricy items, the experience has been good (overall). This purchase has been truly disappointing. Unit seem cheap, poorly put together and does not work.

I can’t even get it to turn on for 30 minutes. I’m trying to get it to turn on and all it says is startup failure at the end.

Am Anfang war ich regelrecht begeistert. Ein kompaktes Gerät das auch gut funktionierte. Leider schaltete sich die Heizung nach ca. zwei Wochen immer wieder ab und gin in den Modus "Selbsttest" und war auch nicht mehr daraus weg zu bewegen. Ich musste sie ausschalten und wieder einschalten. Sie startet dann neu und geht nach kurzer Zeit im Modus "Heizung" wieder in "Selbsttest". Der Vevor-Support schreibt mir dazu das wahscheinlich das automatische Start-Stop aktiviert wäre und ich es abschalten soll. Echt jetzt??? Die Funktion war gar nicht an, ich hatte sie aber auch schon mal ausprobiert und kenne sie daher, was ich auch geschrieben habe. Daraufhin gibt es keine Antwort mehr. Mittlerweile sind auch Fehlermeldungen dazu gekommen die ich dem Support beschrieben habe. Ich habe schon eionige Sachen bei Vevor gekauft und war immer zufrieden mit der Augenscheinlichen Qualität. Wenn man aber den Support benötigt, stellt sich heraus das die Qualität dort wohl nicht mithalten kann. Ob ich nochmal bei Vevor kaufe? Ich weiss es nicht...

Used this 7 times now and it's showing up start up failure... not firing up

Followed directions, got everything in place and got the power button. It started nicely, ramped up and was blowing great heat for about ten minutes. After that it stopped blowing and said startup failure. I’ve yet to get it started again. Fuel pump working, glow plug tested good etc. it’ll go through start up procedure, you’ll hear combustion for a few seconds then nothing and gives error of E10 fail to start or E8, check oil level. Fuel level is full. Dealing with customer service has been uneventful. Keep requesting videos of it not working so I sent one. Just want my return info and money back for a faulty product.

I haven't received it yet. Ordered middle of dec. And haven't received it yet.

I used this product 5 times. I was very pleased until on the 5th day within 30 minutes of firing it up an awful smell of burning plastic filled the room. I unplugged it and moved it to the center of my patio and waited for it to cool off. I haven’t filed for the warranty yet but I will

I recieved this heater and within a week it was backed up with soot we cleaned it up put in the new glow plug it ran for an hour a sent up a code. Completely backed up. We had enough of it and we are very disappointed with this product.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Barely used the heater at all, a little less than one tank of fuel, stopped working and got an error code. Returning it has been very annoying waiting to here back to continue with my return.

I never received the diesel heater I ordered back in October. I've had a couple of back and forth inquiries with Customer Service and was eventually advised it was lost in transit. I've tried to initiate a refund a couple of times, but the refund screen wants a file attached. When I attach a PDF file of my customer service conversation, I get a pop up stating unacceptable format. I am quite frustrated with Vevor, and will not shop with them again unit this is resolved.
