I would like to leave a detailed review on this heater but as it was never delivered, I never got to use it. I tracked it to the last hub before delivery and that's as far as it went. It sat there for two weeks and tracking eventually said something like " item cannot be found". So now I haven't got the heater or the money for purchase. I will say, I own several items from VEVOR and I've never had an issue before.

Received heater, everything seems good except didn’t get exhaust tube or muffler, what can be done?

Works okay, only gets my garage to 60 degrees on 30 degree days

Haven't gotten it to work as described. It works but just barely.

Although mechanically there hasn't been any problem with my vivoir 8 KW diesel heater, I don't have the ability to start it via remote and I don't have a thermostat because one I never got a thermostat and two the remote stops working after a week and a half. I sure would like to have the ability to regulate the temperature but that's impossible now

Well I got to use the heater three times before it wouldn't ignite anymore and after breaking the control panel realize that you can't even buy a new one for it. So I had to buy a new unit which now is working and works great compared to the last one. But I also discovered that your last one the wiring was underrated to run it

I was very disappointed by this heater. It worked perfectly for 1 use overnight. The next day it shut down after 10 minutes with an over temp warning. I contacted vevor support with the E-05 code and a detailed description of what happened. I then had to go out in the cold and take a video for them so I could prove it did what I said. I could understand if I wanted a refund but I just wanted a replacement. After watching the video they determined it was the temperature sensor. They are sending a replacement sensor which will take possibly 2-3 weeks to arrive possibly longer due to its around Christmas. Then I have to disassemble the heater and replace the sensor. In my opinion I shouldn't have to replace the sensor. I was sold a product that failed after 8 hours of use. I should have been offer a replacement unit. Not just the part that I now have to replace myself. I will be sticking to other brands from here out. Even if they are a bit more expensive.
