I ordered and received my Vevor diesel heater just before Christmas. It ran great for about three weeks. Then periodically it wouldn’t start so I had to turn it off unplugged and restart it. After another week of messing with that. I ordered a new igniter. I replaced the igniter and then seem to work for two more days. Today for the second time, I took it all apart, completely cleaned it. It started back up ran for 15 minutes and then got another error code E8. The pump is working the fuel tank is full and yet the machine is not running again. I only use off-road diesel.

I watch the nice video online I thought I was ordering the side vent heater I got a bottom vent heater when I complained online they offered me $28 off my bill to accommodate me for having the wrong heater the bottom vent will not work in an RV that's why I wanted the side vent and I never did see my $28 credit so I still have a heater that I cannot use and you said you wouldn't do anything they told me that the case was closed

I bought a diesel heater. It did not run and Vevor have not helped at all. I will have to repair it myself as they are not responding. Be careful, if something is wrong with the product they will not stand behind it and make it right.

Keeps giving codes, wont heat. Hard to use screen. App works ok.

This diesel heater never worked right from the start. It won't connect to the Bluetooth app no matter which one I find and try to use. The heater started firing up the first day...and from there it went STRAIGHT DOWNHILL. Never in my life have I hated something so much. If you need to rely on a heater, DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Other issues to note, the fan speeds are definitely not optimal for proper burn and reliable flame. First I couldn't get it to run higher than level 4...then I couldn't get the stupid thing to run longer than a couple hours. Then the heater would sloppily start and flame would clunk out within minutes. Then it would only fire when the pump WASNT running(after the pump dumped a ton of fuel in) which made zero sense. So only 3weeks or so before it was USELESS. I pulled it apart to troubleshoot and it was FULL of stage 3 creosote. Only after 3 weeks of use. I've owned 3 other Chinese diesel heaters and none of them were ever this bad. Avoid this unit like the plague!

Item is junk quit working in less than 3 months. Contacted customer service and they will not replace, refund Orr repair item even though it has a 1 year warranty on it. Don’t waste your money buying from venvor!

Bought this heater within one week started giving error codes smokes like crazy, had to replace the fuel pump and place the fuel pump still smokes like crazy throws error codes contacted vevor instead of returning it they told me I should watch a video on how to fix it that told me nothing that had anything to do with what was going on with my machine

The mounting screws for the brackets are wrong size. Also the bluetooth doesnt work. I tried scanning the qr code on the manual and it shows me their authentication expired 2 days ago and notifies me its a sketchy website.
