Heater never worked out of the box. Keep getting E-8 and E-10 errors

Shipped me a faulty product, twice now. Once on eBay once on vevors website. First the fuel pump didn't work (straight out of the box, followed their instructions, still didn't work, used another one I had laying around and finally got it working only to have the glow plug fail after a mere 1 month of light use. Swapped it out with spare parts from my other failed heater (which came with a totally fried circuit board mind you) and still no luck. Customer service is non existent. The business model of his company is to sell faulty trash and hope you won't return it and then ghost you when you finally do try to return it.

I received the order yesterday but it has a problem, it doesn't start and has error E10. What can I do in this situation?

It quit working on me within the 1st month. I tried to contact support, aint got nowhere. After I sent them the videos they asked for they never replied back

Never got the thing to run without spitting smoke and the tank leaked diesel like crazy

I don't recommend it takes alot to heat up a car garage and is better to get a ventless propane heater it heat up the garage faster 20mns with this vevor heater took 3hrs to get 10 more degrees and my garage is insulated.

No está probado. Se pidió por un problema puntual ya que se averió el sistema de la autocaravana y no sé cumplió con el plazo de entrega por lo que no me es útil. Cuidado con los plazos de entrega que vienen en letras muy grandes. Se pagó más de lo que en la misma hay con las mismas o más prestaciones que ese precisamente por el plazo de entrega. No lo recomiendo.

Fame damaged and despite hours of troubleshooting, doesn't work. Couldn't get refund despite uploading pics. Buyer beware.

Received this as a gift for Christmas and had not opened until recently. Heater ran for almost 10 minutes before shutting down and giving error for clogged fuel flow. Opened it up and well let’s just say it was well used! The fuel line was stained and the tank was coated in diesel mung. Cleaned the tank, flushed the pump and replaced the fuel lines, put a filter in as well and still would not even make a flame noise. Dug deeper and found that the inlet screen was completely carboned over and all of the surrounding area. Pulled it apart and the cyclone chamber on the back of the combustion chamber was almost completely plugged with carbon and I burned fuel. Cleaned the chamber as best I could since it can’t be opened and pulled the screen as well for a good cleaning, which had to be burned off it was so thick. Reassembled and runs like a champ. Have to say I am beyond disappointed by this have been a very faithful customer to Vevor, not sure how many thousands and never had an issue until this. No I didn’t take pictures or videos, was an emergency situation that forced me to use the heater and had to get it going or there would have been dead livestock on my hands so there was no time to make a vlog. No reason to lie about this, the unit now works because I repaired it. I have written many positive reviews for their products and have more to finish for good products I have now. But this one gets a zero on Vevor’s service! It was obviously used and returned, the disturbing thing is that the outside was 100 percent a new case with plastic still on the screen, like the dirty shell on a returned unit was just pulled off and replaced. Hope that Vevor tries to make this right but I have my doubts. On another note my last two order have had packages taking over a week to get to me and one that is in limbo. Please stop using the USPS, most unreliable form of shipping.
