Your customer service is horrible , package came all broken and one of the motors arrived damage but you guys did nothing to replace the broken motor. Also I contacted you support department about getting spare parts but again you guys are doing nothing to help. It would be better if I would be able to talk to a REAL person. your customer Service support sucks.

I purchased a Vevor concrete core drill, and it broke after about 5 minutes of use. I immediately contacted customer service, recorded a video as requested, and clearly showed that the device was not working. A ticket was created for this issue, but after that I never heard back from their after-sales team. Money completely wasted. I do not recommend poorly designed devices from Vevor, and I will never buy from them again.
