J'ai acheté cet appareil pour carroter dans un mur en brique afin d'installer une ventilation assister, faire aussi des trous pour fixer les meubles. Impossible puisque la tête n'a pas les mêmes dimensions que le moteur. On ne sait rien faire avec. Quand j'ai contacté le service après vente.,il m'a dit de fournir les photos de justification. Je l'ai fait. J'attendais qu'il me fournisse les tikect de retour et me propose un retour. Mais non.il me dis autre chose .ce qui ne correspond pas au problème rencontré.. J'attends toujours une reponse de leur part

The drill was delivered with a different core drill diameter than I ordered. I ordered 160mm, they sent 82mm, 82mm was not even offered on the web shop. It is very difficult to find a website where complaints can be processed and even 2 weeks after sending the complaint I did not receive an answer from the supplier how it will be resolved ... I had to order another drill from another supplier. The drill does not have speed regulation, otherwise it is quite good for the price.

Ja ich war skeptisch ob man für dieses Budget etwas erwarten kann. Und leider bin ich so gar nicht zufrieden. Niedrige Drehzahlen mag das Teil so gar nicht. Zudem riecht das Teil bei benutzten so als würde es im inneren Schmoren 🤷‍♂️ Leider gibt es hier keine Empfehlung!
