Excellent attic ladder! Saved me a great amount of garage space as it replaced an actual staircase. I had it installed by the guys doing other work on my garage space and the install went quickly and smoothly. Great product!

Ich konnte nicht ohne große Schwierigkeiten und mit Verletzungsgefahr auf den Dachboden gelangen, um meinen Heizfilter zu wechseln. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine kleine Deckenwand mit einer Trittleiter. Ein fantastisches Produkt, kompakt, gut verarbeitet, sehr robust und einfach zu bedienen. Ich habe die gesamte Installation und die Einstellungen selbst durchgeführt. Es ist fast ein Vergnügen, auf den Dachboden zu gehen. Wir überlegen, dort, wo wir jetzt so leicht Zugang haben, Lagermöglichkeiten einzurichten.

Here are my comments about my Vevor Attic Stairs: 1. The shipping crate fully protected the stairs, and it arrived on time. 2. The design is very good. The triangle plates and the long bolts make it very easy to secure to the decking in the attic. There was no need to secure the stairs frame to the 2x6" ceiling joists. That made installation very easy, once the 2X6" frame was fabricated in the attic, and 3/4" plywood decking was secured around the opening. 3. One negative: My wife found a video of the installation. Just reading the installation instructions didn't make sense, UNTIL YOU WATCHED THE VIDEO of the installation. Then it made perfect sense. This video link should be the 1st thing written in the installation instructions. 4. The ladder is very sturdy, and I appreciated the communication from Vevor's technical team about removing the 2nd step so it will fit my 8'4" ceiling height. The original 11 steps will work perfectly if the ceiling height is closer to 9'. 5. While the rod will unlock and pull down the steps easily for about 1 ft. of travel, the hydraulic pistons work so well that you have to exert a fair amount of pressure to fully lower the door. 6. The instructions were not clear about whether to hook the bottom step into a white bracket hook each time you wish to put up the stairs. With only 10 steps, I found it acceptable to push the black stairs up near the hooks, then lift the door to close it. 7. ONE SUGGESTION: The overall depth (length) should be 3-4" longer. I realize this makes the door a little longer & heavier, but I found myself hitting my back on the frame where the lock connects. The lock is not the problem, it's the angle of the steps and the 38" depth that close down the opening a little. Three or 4 extra inches in the door length (38" to 41 or 42" would make all the difference. Again, I realize this additional length might change the pistons load capacity for the additional length. The lenght of the door has nothing to do with how the pistons are positioned or work. OVERALL: A great attic stairs at a reasonable price. They surely beat the 33 yr. old wooden stairs I had previously. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Einfach, einfach, einfach, alleine zu arbeiten. Ich kam vorher nicht auf den Dachboden. Ich wollte diese schon lange haben und habe endlich das Geld ausgegeben. Sie bieten beim Klettern Sicherheit und lassen sich leicht aus dem Weg räumen. Es gibt einen Trick, um sie an Ort und Stelle zu befestigen, aber es ist nicht schwierig, man braucht nur etwas Zeit, um es mit der Stange herauszufinden.

Die angegebene Tragkraft stimmt genau; ich wiege etwa 82kg und der Tisch steht absolut fest, ohne auch nur das geringste Wackeln.

Meine Eltern haben es mehrfach benutzt und fanden es einfach, die Hydraulikunterstützung spart Kraft, sehr durchdacht.

The ladder fits my space nicely. way better then my old fold wood ladder and is a lot more sturdy with wider steps and small handrails at the top that help assist me getting off and back on the ladder. The latch that holds the ladder up when shut could be better as it is not as solid as it sould be but works and the pole to reach it is could have a better hook on it but I really like the ladder and the prices.
