I purchased this CNC assuming based on what i read it would be simple to set up and run.That was not the case . The build / assy of the CNC was relatively simple however the SW ( software ) to utilize the machine did not work in fact tthere was nothing on the USB provided . As many of us doing wood working we do not have the latest and greatest equipment and so when i tried to set up the CNC with my older MAC it did not work , we had to go in several and i mean several options to find out how we could down load the SW which took 4 to 5 hours ( yes 4 to 5 hrs) . once the SW was installed i was able to move the arm in all directions. however now i want to use it and it did not come with information for the first time users and hence that is where i am stalled out , going onto youtube to find out how to use machine. for anyone wanting to buy a CNC and not a programmer or never used one before do you self a favor and do research and learn how and what to do before you get this or any machine . So i am not sure how it works to run anything at this point so hard to advise on its ability. Good luck to any and all hope you have better luck than i did .

Very bad costumer service , they keep closing the tickets to avoid return and refund , the machine has a seriouse issue with the Z axis and X axis , wrote to them 3 times and they kept maneuvering, not worth the money , it is a total time waste !

I bought this and it was shipped and receive quickly. Packaging was nice and protected the engraver well. The problems with it came with assembly. First the bolt holes on the Z axis side places were off so I couldn't get the screws in. I fixed that by opening up the holes. Then when installing the wiring 2 of the connectors wouldn't reach the plugs. Both the Z and X axis wires were installed in the harness with too little slack in them. I had to take the plastic spiral wrap off and pull more wire out so I count connect the wires to the servo motors. Then there is a wire cover part #22 missing from the box. Contacting customer support got a reply with a bunch of silly requests so I will fix that on my own also. I haven't even gotten it running yet and I am unhappy with the purchase.

I haven't been able to get it running yet. It's not a simple as the laser engravers. The screws to assemble the frame are too short, they only thread into the nuts a couple of threads. I replaced them with longer ones so it won't fall apart. Out of the 6 holes to mount the spindle, only 4 of them were tapped, I had to buy a tap to complete the job. Overall low quality / poor quality control.

Way too had to get a good code file to use in Candle. Have not been able to do one proper engraving

The customer service is subpar all it takes forever to get replies. The product pamphlet does not give all the information about how the hook it up. My machine was missing part and falty parts ,been working with them for about two weeks still haven't got to use this machine yet. Paid close to $800 for a worthless machine. I bought a lot of products from this company but I will not buy no more.

Never got the item. Their U.S. shipping carrier lied, they claim to have attempted delivery twice, not true, I was home both times they claim to have attempted delivery. The Vevor rep said that I would be reimbursed, I told him I didn't want reimbursement, I just wanted the machine. Apparently they don't read their emails, kept telling me I would reimbursed.

Absolutely junk. Didn't work right out of the box. Main controller shorted internally. Customer service in getting a replacement is horrible. 4 weeks after purchase, and still can't use it. Asked for refund, customer service keeps saying in emails, "please be patient. Just another 3-4 days".. it's been 4 weeks!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY. iT DIDN'T WORK FROM THE START. i HAVE OTHER CNC ROUTERS AND KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. THIS HAD A SERIOUS FIRMWARE OR ELECTRICAL ISSUE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT THEY WILL IGNORE YOU FOR WEEKS AND THEN WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO GIVE UP THEY OFFER YOU A PARTIAL REFUND WHICH I ACCEPTED B/C OF THEIR TACTICS AND THEY WEAR YOU DOWN. SO NOW I HAVE A PIECE OF JUNK SITTING IN MY GARAGE AND AM OUT A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Très déçu par cette fraiseuse CNC. Le produit est de fabrication chinoise et la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le montage s’est révélé compliqué : peu ou pas d’explications fournies, les pièces s’ajustent mal et la machine présentait des défauts dès le départ. Après plusieurs échanges, nous avons heureusement pu obtenir un remboursement, mais cette expérience reste très décevante. À éviter.
