I’ve been using this CNC engraving machine for about two months now and it’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made for my workshop. It’s precise, reliable, and surprisingly quiet. I mainly work with wood and aluminium, and it handles both with ease. The software setup took a bit of learning, but once you’re past that, it’s smooth sailing.

Great value for money. I compared a lot of different CNC engravers before settling on this one. It’s user-friendly, even if you’re not super techy, and the results are impressive. The build quality is better than I expected, and it arrived well-packaged with clear instructions.

I bought this for my partner who’s really into model-making, and he’s obsessed with it. It’s quiet enough to use indoors, and the engraving quality is spot on. He’s already made loads of mini architectural pieces. Really pleased with the quality and performance.

Sturdy and easy to calibrate. I had one issue with the software crashing, but after updating, it’s worked flawlessly. The machine’s precision is top-notch. I use it for making custom signs and intricate patterns. I’d definitely recommend it for small businesses or serious hobbyists.

I have bought this machine 3 other time from 3 other companies and each time they did not run! I ended up returning them. I decided to try 1 MORE TIME and that would be it! I mean this was crazy, before I retired I designed & put CNC machines together? For crying out load! So , I am not a novice. This one was so easy to setup, They actual put most of it together for me. I just needed to attach the wire where indicated, and BAM! it is running!! I have been trying to make a piece for my dad ( Who is in his 80's ) for over 2 years!! Today I am running that piece as I write this. I am so happy with this machine, Thank You for selling a worth while product! I would tell anybody wanting to get in to this hobby to but this machine, Super Happy!!

L'emballage de la machine est soigné et toute la visserie est emballée séparément par type de vis, pas de tri a faire. Le montage est simple et bien expliqué. Le logiciel Candle est simple a prendre en main, il m'a fallu une quinzaine de minutes pour me familiariser avec (je ne suis pas informaticien). Ma première gravure n'était pas parfaite, mais les suivantes étaient réussies. Je me suis formé a l'aide de tutos en quelques jours sur un logiciel de CAO - FAO (gratuit) afin de réaliser mes programmes .nc Machine simple a utiliser et idéale pour faire ses premiers pas dans le domaine de la CNC, pour moi c'était une première.
