Bought the 20x24 Carport. Easy shipping and fairly easy to assemble. Recommend three to four people to install it, it'll take a lot less time. Took three of us all over 60 years old about a day to install it. Instructions are easy to follow! Make sure you've plenty of charged batteries. Multiple screw guns help!

Very pleased with this.

I mean, its great that its heavy, and now that its up, im happy its heavy, but to raise it you need to have a bbq and invite a few friends over, otherwise I'm not sure how you'd raise this thing. Hopefully its heavy enough it wont Budge in a heavy wind storm, however, the metal roofing is very light and thin so if anything I think those would blow off before the whole thing moves. *I got the 20x24 size

Overall this carport is okay, but I have some disclaimers for anyone buying it. Firstly, the instructions are not appropriate-- it suggests that you build the top/roof with all the metal roofing on the ground first and then simply lift it onto the legs, 8 or so feet in the air. With the roof built this way it would weigh 3-400 pounds and be 20*24 feet, lifting it without machinery would be dangerous and very challenging. I ended up affixing the roofing afterward via ladder The frame itself is a bit weaker/more flimsy than I would have hoped for -- the collar ties for the hoops are quite short, and their attachment solution is prone to bending and potentially failure. The roof does give it more strength by tying everything together, but I still feel it has too much flex for my liking. I would recommend adding some wind bracing and longer collar ties to help with this. Finally, the attachment solution for the grounding of the unit; it's clearly designed to be placed on a concrete slab, because the provided anchors do very little for gravel or wood -- I will have to manufacture something to manage the swaying of the unit that works in a non-concrete setting. This unit was inexpensive compared to other carports of this style, and so I can't be too hard on it, but these are issues I encountered during the build and felt compelled to address them.

All parts didn’t arrive. Had to fight over email for a week to get my money back. Still didn’t receive it all. Was offered a partial refund instead. I even purchased shipping insurance.

This is a great product except the roof leaks at the seams even though we used the adhesive weather stripping. It took almost a whole day to build and then we found out that one of the boxes was missing with the roof panels. It would have been nice to be notified that the box was sent back by the shipping company do to damage. Other than that the service team was very nice to deal with and I am happy with the overall product. The leaking will need to be addressed.
