Everything is fine except that transparent parts are to short at least 0.5 to 1 mm that causes defective badges. I made my proper ones corresponding to the exact diameter of the mould . In my case photo and transparent are both 54.5mm so there is no mouvement possible and I get perfect badge. I recommand this set device is well made and strong for making badges. I must congraculate also the team as the parcel arrived fast witin 7 to 10 days with missing zipcode in my postal address. Great product

This is the third machine of this type (red, cast iron, sliding track) that I've purchased from Vevor. On delivery, it was not able to properly crimp the top and bottom sections of the button together. The company's tech help is very good, and after submitting a video of the problem they responded within 24 hours saying I needed a new accessory part that they would ship immediately. I have found these red models to be more glitchy than the orange one that I just ordered. If you can buy that type of machine with the size buttons you need, I'd recommend spending the additional money. These work fine, but I never know for sure if the button I'm making will come out right. Most of the time they do, but as I said, it can be glitchy.

The instructions are not clear enough - a bad translation - and they are incomplete. Only after wasting quite a lot of time and effort and materials did I discover the cause of the problem: badges were not 'coming together' properly. Was it my technique? Or a fault in the equipment? Or in the materials? Eventually, on YouTube I found a badgemaker who had experienced the same problem, with the mylar disc/paper disk not being 'crimped' into place and falling apart: Vevor supply a plastic ring that sits in the second press beneath the badge back, and suggest you use it with the metal badge back. However, this is/was not enough - you need to lay a metal badge back (with the pin removed) on top of the plastic ring. Then when you lay your badge back on top of that, it's the right height. I don't understand why this information wasn't supplied with the product - so, a lot of wasted time, energy, and materials - but now it works fine.

Great buttonmaker but the screw inside comes loose about every 50 buttons and so you have to keep tightening it. We made an initial 700 buttons, and we did have some of the plastic backs come off completely, the metal backs were more reliable.

I was really excited to try this button-making machine, but the setup was disappointing. The instructions were blurry, confusing, and not helpful at all—I had to search YouTube just to figure out how to assemble it. The handle installed easily, but it arrived covered in rust and a sticky residue. Both molds also had rust on them and looked as if they had already been used for years. On a positive note, the buttons turned out great once everything was finally put together. However, for the price and for something advertised as new, I expected it to arrive in pristine condition
