The saw starts easily when cold and runs well. However, if I stop it and let it sit for a few minutes while still warm, it will not start again. I have to wait a long time for it to cool down completely before it will start. I’ve ordered other products from Vevor without problems but not this time. After using the brand new saw for the very first time the on/off switch pushed through its housing and into the handle. Couldn’t retrieve it. Couldn’t use it. I contacted Vevor via texts and they took three weeks to send me a new plastic handle. It arrived without any instructions.I can fix a lot of things but I spent two hours trying to figure out how to replace it and eventually quit because I was doing more harm than good. The price was great but the quality just wasn’t there. I am now trying to get my money back.

The saw worked once out of the box. Susequent attempts over several days to start were unscessful. Help suggestions from Vevor were followed but did not work. The saw is now on a shelf at the back of my workshop. No offer of return or refund from Vevor. I purchased a different brand corded chain saw to replace it.
