Je pense qu'à la conception ils se sont demandés où mettre la vis de tension pour que ce soit le moins pratique possible. Et à la fabrication ils ont choisi des vis en carton recyclé plaqué acier. Je ne me suis pas encore servi de la tronçonneuse, premier montage, la vis est déjà presque morte. C'est vraiment con de foutre de l'argent dans un truc et faire des économies de ce genre. Honteux

The product itself appears to be reasonably well constructed. The materials and overall build quality seem acceptable for the price, and my initial impression was generally positive. Unfortunately, that impression quickly changed when the starter cord broke during the very first attempt to start the machine. A brand-new product simply should not fail before it can even be put into service. While an occasional manufacturing defect is understandable, how a company handles that defect is equally important. I contacted VEVOR, expecting a relatively straightforward resolution. Instead, the process dragged on for several weeks. Initially, they offered to send a replacement part, which never arrived. Eventually, they offered to replace the entire unit, but by that point I had grown tired of waiting and simply repaired the cord myself. To their credit, VEVOR did offer a $25 refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. However, that doesn't change the fact that resolving a relatively simple issue became unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. In my opinion, the appropriate response when a brand-new machine fails immediately would be to expedite a replacement unit and provide a prepaid return label for the defective one. That would have resolved the issue quickly, demonstrated confidence in their products, and left the customer with a much more favorable impression. Ultimately, I don't consider this a poorly constructed product, at least based on its initial appearance. However, the immediate failure raises legitimate questions about quality control, and the prolonged resolution process leaves considerable room for improvement. My biggest disappointment wasn't necessarily that something broke. Defects happen. It was that VEVOR took several weeks to address a problem that should have been resolved promptly and with minimal inconvenience to the customer.

Got the saw and put it together. filled with fuel and it started rather easy, but it will not stay running. not sure what I'm supposed to do with a saw that doesn't run

Chainsaw will run for a few minutes, cuts out and then wont restart. I followed all instructions and tried ti break in with a 25:1 ratio before moving ti 40:1. Gass was fresh, bar oil has been kept full. I inly made it halfway through the initial cut in a 26” log. I will be looking to return if possible.
