Très content de ce nettoyeur.. SAUF QU'IL EST ARRIVE ENDOMAGER, TRES MAL CONDITIONNER (CARTON TROP FAIBLE POUR LE NETTOYEUR), QUAND AU LIVREUR = L'ETAT DE SON CHARGEMENT HORIBLE, NON RESPECTUEUX DES COLIS... ARRIVER RAYE ET JAUCHE A HUILE CASSER AVEC INTERRUPTEUR DE MARCHE / ARRET CASSER... VEVOR M'A ENVOYER LES PIECES DEFECTUEUSES... SINON UNE FOIS REPARER AU TOP.....

I received the pressure washer and as soon as I opened the box I noticed that the manifold pipe was in 2 pieces and I related this to customer service with 3 pictures and the reply was a new piece will be on it's way and that was 2 weeks ago and yet to hear anything more...I tried to load those 3 pics again but would not upload.

Il pacco si presentava pressoché integro ma all’interno ho avuto la sorpresa…olio sparso un po ovunque e lancia rotta…

Molto scontento, la macchina è arrivata oggi , danneggiata. Serbatoio schiacciato, cerchio della ruota scheggiato, tubo della pompa con segni di sfregamento. Manca pure una confezione di olio da mettere nel motore. In una trinciatrice acquistata da un altro negozio online, sempre con lo stesso motore, hanno mandato pure il lubrificante necessario. L'idropulitrice costa 300 euro praticamente e mandarla senza olio mi pare scorretto. Finora con vevor mi ero trovato benissimo, ho comprato diverse attrezzature, ma questa volta sono molto deluso. Domani provo a metterla in moto , spero non ci siano altri problemi.

Le nettoyeur a basculé sur le côté et depuis, il ne fonctionne plus ..... Il n'y a aucun service après vente!!! Je ne sais que faire !! C'est la cata!!

My pressure washer broke before much use and Vevor is zero help so far. It's just a little shaped pipe that i could install in 2 minutes, but they do not offer any way of getting parts and I am done trying.

Got it yesterday put oil and gas in it and started to pressure wash the porch at the house ran a tank of gas through it and filled it back up now I can't get it to stay running just misses gonna try and drain the float but can't imagine there was anything in my can it was new. I love. Vevor products but not sure I'm gonna like this. If I get it running I may change my review but so far I'm not impressed

I purchased the 4400 PSI model. I followed all directions including filling the engine oil and replacing the shipping plug with the breather plug. I made sure that I had water flowing and purged all air before starting the engine. I fired it up and power washed for about 5 minutes. I went back to change the nozzle and noticed that the pump oil was boiling. It got so hot that the sight glass and breather plug both melted, dumping boiling hot pump oil all over my lawn. The bypass relief valve is clearly defective and likely the pump head as well. I have spent a month back and forth with Vevor and they DO NOT stand behind their product. They’ve sent a replacement sight glass but refuse to fix the actual defect that caused an almost immediate meltdown. Their support is terrible. They take a week to respond and then they don’t actually read what I write or look at the pictures submitted. At one point they accused me of not putting in the breather plug. My pictures and a video show the oil at a full boil with the breather plug in place. Had I have pulled the plug during this, the oil would have erupted out of the top. If you’re looking at a Vevor power washer, save your money. Buy something higher quality that the manufacturer will support. I’ve been a loyal Vevor customer but now I will NEVER purchase anything with an engine from Vevor again.

When the package arrived at my residence, it was torn open at the bottom.Open the package up and a couple of things are bent on the pressure . Both wheels are cracked. At this point I am not a happy Vevor customer
