Le nettoyeur a basculé sur le côté et depuis, il ne fonctionne plus ..... Il n'y a aucun service après vente!!! Je ne sais que faire !! C'est la cata!!

My pressure washer broke before much use and Vevor is zero help so far. It's just a little shaped pipe that i could install in 2 minutes, but they do not offer any way of getting parts and I am done trying.

Got it yesterday put oil and gas in it and started to pressure wash the porch at the house ran a tank of gas through it and filled it back up now I can't get it to stay running just misses gonna try and drain the float but can't imagine there was anything in my can it was new. I love. Vevor products but not sure I'm gonna like this. If I get it running I may change my review but so far I'm not impressed

Deixa muito a desejar porque não atinge a pressão que está indicada na descrição da máquina, tenho outra que lava a 207 bares e embora a diferença seja mínima na descrição de pressão das máquinas, a mais antiga tem muito melhor performance. Até então não tenho razão de queixa dos outros equipamentos que comprei, mas está máquina não corresponde às minhas espectativas.

I purchased the 4400 PSI model. I followed all directions including filling the engine oil and replacing the shipping plug with the breather plug. I made sure that I had water flowing and purged all air before starting the engine. I fired it up and power washed for about 5 minutes. I went back to change the nozzle and noticed that the pump oil was boiling. It got so hot that the sight glass and breather plug both melted, dumping boiling hot pump oil all over my lawn. The bypass relief valve is clearly defective and likely the pump head as well. I have spent a month back and forth with Vevor and they DO NOT stand behind their product. They’ve sent a replacement sight glass but refuse to fix the actual defect that caused an almost immediate meltdown. Their support is terrible. They take a week to respond and then they don’t actually read what I write or look at the pictures submitted. At one point they accused me of not putting in the breather plug. My pictures and a video show the oil at a full boil with the breather plug in place. Had I have pulled the plug during this, the oil would have erupted out of the top. If you’re looking at a Vevor power washer, save your money. Buy something higher quality that the manufacturer will support. I’ve been a loyal Vevor customer but now I will NEVER purchase anything with an engine from Vevor again.

When the package arrived at my residence, it was torn open at the bottom.Open the package up and a couple of things are bent on the pressure . Both wheels are cracked. At this point I am not a happy Vevor customer

Højtryksrenseren er ikke kraftig, som der står. Designet er meget dårligt. kvaliteten er lav. Den kom allerede i stykker fra kassen. pkasten på lansen smeltede, fordi den forbliver for tæt på motorens udstødningsrør. Bare dårligt design. Slangeforbindelsen passerer ikke, du skal bruge en masse teflon-tape for at få den til ikke at lække. der er ingen hurtig kobling på lansen, du skal skrue den af hele tiden, når du vil bruge fliser renser.

It literally worked one time and now will run but doesn’t have any pressure. I think the pump is bad already. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

Nettoyeur reçu rapidement mes le problème c'est qu'il ne démarre pas du tout malgré le suivi détaillé de la notice fourni !! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit. Toujours en attente du service client ce jour !!
