Its ok . Comes loose quite often and needs to be tightened . I would go for something heavier next time

Sander over all is worth the money as long as your happy to do some tinkering and fixes! The sander has lots of power and no issues with bogging down while running! And the VFD does a great job of speed control. There are multiple parts that are just not designed well and have not been thought out... All the hard where is pretty cheap and some bolts do not even go all the way through the plate so strength is definitely compromised, easily fixed by replacing hardware with more quality stuff. Also alignment! The alignment of the pulleys is really not that great and if you center the belt on the platine it's hanging off the drive pulley and vice versa The platine on mine was also behind the two front pulleys which is definitely not ideal, again easily fixed by placing some spacing washers behind the platine Another thing is the table rest is an absolute joke, far to small to do anything useful and is only supported on one side with 1 bolt, and don't even get me started on the horizontal sanding table, honestly probably one of the lease thought out parts of the machine and just not good enough I know there has been alot of negatives here, but although there are issues, if you are beginner knife maker and can't afford a 2x72 straight away (which you shouldn't buy unless you are sure you want to continue knife making anyway!) this really is a great buy! It will change your process of knife making and speed things up more than you can imagine! As I say honestly, as long as your happy to do a bit of work I can truly recommend this belt sander as as long as your a fairly handy person all the issues are very easily fixable and it's worth spending the time doing them. It's truly a shame that Vevor hasn't fixed these easily solvable issues, even if Vevor charged 10-20€ more and replaced the hard where or spent that money on quality control this machine would be improved 10X and would be much easier to use and handle for people with not much experience! God, dog havde den et ødelagt beslag og et ødelagt håndtag. Men med lidt snilde og lidt nye bolte og nyt beslag er den en lille perfekt bånssliber der kan det meste..👍👍

The steel locking bolt for the sliding tool bar pulled threads out of the aluminum slide block. I did not overtighten it but aluminum is soft. Vevor is sending the replacement parts under warranty, which is good, but it takes weeks to get the parts and this is a potential failure point on all grinders. If it happens again I will just drill and tap for a larger lock bolt. So just be careful when locking down the tool bar. I also had trouble figuring out reversing the rotation but finally found out the procedure. I have to go into program mode 5 and change the number on the display to either a "0" or a "1". Some models you just have to push and hold the "S" button. Other than that, I like it a lot and it is a nice addition to my shop.

I had bought this machine early in 2025, I loved it so much I bought 2 more, but after my first buy they were out of stock for a long time, but as soon as they came back in stock I ordered 2 more, my first deception was that they were $60 more expensive, but to my surprise when I tried them, my second deception was that the process to reverse the belt direction was modified, you could not anymore press a few seconds on the "S" button to reverse direction, you needed to enter the Program mode and make multiples selection to be able to reverse direction...that is a great deception and slows down my process...but the machines are great!

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu la machine, dans des délais correctes. Mais il y a une pièce cassée, c'est la molette en plastique pour le réglage de la position de la bande. (photo jointe) Je l'ai installée mais pas encore testée. Elle me semble robuste et elle est très lourde, ce qui est bien pour la stabilité. Cordialement

Lieferumfang und Qualität sind ausgezeichnet. Einziger Nachteil: Bei der kleinen Umlenkrolle sind die Kugellagerräder zu groß (siehe Foto). Mit dieser Rolle kann man keine Hohlkehle an einem Messer Schleifen.

Ich habe mir jetzt auch so eine Maschine gekauft. Ausschlaggebend war der Verhältnismäßig günstige Preis im Verhältnis zur geplanten Nutzung. Ich werde damit ab und zu mal ein Messer machen, beim "normalen" schmieden wird er ab und an genutzt aber es ist definitiv kein Täglicher Gebrauch oder gar Geldverdienen damit vorgesehen. Heute kam die Kiste mit dem Gerät an. Lieferzeit 6 Tage. Solide verpackt und schwer. Hab zuerst alles ausgepackt und angeschaut. Verarbeitung ist OK, natürlich nicht mit einem teureren Gerät zu vergleichen. Schwere Ausführung in Stahl. Es ist einiges an Zubehör dabei: 30cm Kontaktrad, Flachschleifvorrichtung und 2 kleine Rollen mit Halterung in verschiedenem Durchmesser so wie 2 st. 240er schleifbänder. Aufbau war absolut intuitiv zu machen. Viele verstell und einstellmöglichkeiten. Alles in Allem ein zufriedenstellende Gerät. Eingesteckt, laufen lassen, Band zentrieren, funktioniert alles. Natürlich auch die Geschwindigkeitsregulierung so wie vorwärts und rückwärts laufen lassen. Beim laufen lassen kommen dann erste Schwächen auf. Die Kugellager sind dem Preis angepasst und ich denke dass ich die im Laufe der Zeit gegen hochwertige austauschen werde. Wie schon in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen ist die Auflage nicht 100% im Rechten Winkel verschweißt, hält sich aber deutlich in Grenzen und ich kann damit arbeiten. Habe bislang nur ein paar Probeschliffe gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Für " ab und zu Messermacher" absolut ausreichend. Für nen Professionellen oder anspruchsvollen Einsatz bitte mehr Geld ausgeben !
