I had a leg amputated last spring, and there was no way possible for me to get into our claw-foot tub and sit on the old bath seat I had before the surgery. We had a transfer bench donated, but it did not work for me at my age, so I kept looking and I found sliding benches. I was not happy than many of them from other companies were unaffordable, and I was getting tired of the basin baths, but I found this one and knew it would be the best for me. I am able to transfer from my wheelchair to the seat, pivot it, and slide into position in the tub. When I have finished showering (I love the holder for the shower head too!) We have a small bathroom, but everything works for me now. I highly recommend this transfer bench to anyone who can no longer use the standard bathtub and shower.

I'm very satisfied with the Bench Shower Chair. I had had a couple of falls and my physical therapist recommended I get one for safety sake. I'm very happy I got and the price was very affordable. Thank you. Brenda

The company reached back out to me and offered to send a replacement. I was very pleased with this outcome and resolution for the parts that needed replacement. Customer service has kept on top of the request and shipment of the replacement. It's nice to have quality customer service and support. Seat does not lock into place, grab bar hole doesn't line up properly. Do not count on the customer service. They say they will provide you with quality care, then break their word, leaving you with no customer care and a seat that does not lock. I don't have the box to return the item. The manufacturer wants to let Amazon handle it rather than take ownership of the problem.

This was very easy to put together & very durable materials.. I purchased this for my elderly parent who is not able to walk , this has made it easier for me to give them a shower instead of bed baths .. it works great.. Will recommend to anyone who is a caregiver
