Excellent quality. Sturdy and strong, and much less than those plastic steps you see in other stores. I would recommend these steps to anyone seeking a reliable solution that can cater to their every need.

Contente de cet achat .

Die 3-stufige Treppe wurde umgehend geliefert. Leider unvollständig. die unterste Stufe fehlt. Produkt ist so unbrauchbar!

Although it is very sturdy, it was not easy from the start to get the bolts in all the way. I had to modify them to even make it work. The sleeves they go into are long, and impede turning them in all the way even though there are only threads toward the end where the phillips head is on the bolt. I am a contractor and very handy, but was very concerned about stripping the long screws. I used WD40 to even get them to turn easier. The sleeves needed to be a little wider so the screws did not bind. The shorter bolts for a later step were more the length that should be used.

Product arrived with two of one left leg part and none for the right. After WEEKS of requesting a product return or replacement part, we had to refute the charge with our CC company. Because this was a product packaging error, how many other steps were also packed incorrectly from the manufacturer?
