Didn't send the right remote, no directions for remote. Ridiculous, now I have no remote. Don't buy. I bought one from Wayfair, same price and a remote that works and directions on how it should work. VERY UNHAPPY.

Don't buy this. Worked for about a week, then it alternately didn't want to either open og close. After two weeks the battery needed changing but it still only opens or shuts partly. Waste of money

Bought it in June order #26070100937413314616 The remote failed after a week, the manual it came with it never mentioned how to fix the problem The size is smaller than you see on the screen

The listing says it has a light sensor to open and close (like every other one on the market) this product does NOT. So i’m sending it back

However the settings on it never hold. The clock is always resetting and either not closing at night or will close randomly during the day. This is just extremely unreliable. It’s going to end up killing our chickens one day.
