Bought for the house before I got to install it found I out wife was cheating and never got to out them

These were easy to install, seem very heavy duty, and really do extend essentially all the way out of the cabinet (assuming your shelf reaches from the front to the back of your cabinet). One thing to know is that your shelf must be either firmly screwed to your cabinet walls, or it must be anchored at the back to prevent the shelf from going "ass-up" when you extend the shelf. My only complaint is that the mounting bracket for the rails is very tall reduces the shelf height by almost 1-3/4". Other similar (but double the price) units only suck up about 3/4". That said, for a 2-foot-deep shelf in a pantry, you get to use a lot more of the shelf, so, despite the height reduction, in my case, I still have more useable shelf space.

Product is great. Work flawlessly and easy to install. The only issue was the bottom plastic piece that lays down was cracked and when I sent a message they said they would send a new one. After a couple weeks, I followed up and they couldn't send the piece. All is good as it didn't affect the use of the product. Would I order it again? Definitely. Quality is good and was the adjustable size worked great.

I gave installed installed these in several homes. They are easy to install, are of good quality and opperate as they should. My Customers love them!! Win/Win!!!

Directions are very vague and do not tell you which pieces you're assembling or how to put them together. Just kind of shows a view of what you're supposed to be putting together but not which pieces you're supposed to be using. There was a lot of trial and error and I did put a few pieces together upside down before I figured out what I was doing. However once it's together it works beautifully and is very very sturdy

The unit was assembled quickly. The instructions are poor. Generally, the unit is well-built however, it is a bit shaky

I am really happy with this insert. It's well-made and affordable compared to all the other units I compared. I am extra proud of myself, being retired, that I saved more money buying this Used-Like New. However, the directions to put this together are less than stellar. There are three types of screws, but they weren't all labeled on the drawings so I guessed which ones to use where. The instructions are broad with no details. I didn't even use one set of screws cuz I had no idea where they went. I also didn't know what a dead lever was, but looking at the excellent photograph on the Amazon website helped me figure that out! The illustrations in the directions are tiny and hard to distinguish. Overall, I'm very happy with the shelving. I rent and didn't want to spend much so I recommend this item. Well worth the money. I just hope they make the assembly instructions clearer in the future.

Worked out great. Just remember to add a little space for the rails fitting on the sides. Would buy these again.
