I purchased this thinking your company was different but found out not. The lift had bad instructions ,then putting together it was a flaw on the hinge screw welded part .Wouldn’t fold up right. After finally sending you pics and 6 emails . You keep repeating we’re looking into it. You finally tried to by me off for half price , I said no full price and send me RA number to return . Finally received full refund and will not buy from you again . And nio phone number to call for help. I’ll definitely let people know about Vevor .

It went together well enough, and did lift my tractor, but it seems flimsy and it's not gonna last, I don't think it was worth the money or bother

First time my husband used it- fell down and I haven’t tried to out it back together. The directions were terrible- no parts list or identification. Photos that were the assembly directions were hard to decipher. Very disappointed.

The worst instructions for assembly that I've encountered in 60 years. Customer service would not assist me and I need help assembling this product or I'm returning it tomorrow

It was super easy to put together. It works well if you have a small mowing deck. I have a 48” deck on my mower and it won’t lift but a few inches before the opposite side hits the ground stopping you from lifting higher. Also, the front wheels don’t lift like it shows in the picture so it puts a lot of stress on the mower from twisting. It won’t work for what I need but it does work overall.

First, the directions are a joke. It eventually turns into trial and error. The material itself is flimsy, and isn't steady picking the mower up. And no sense trying to get a refund. In the company's defense they gave me half my money back. Bottom line, buyer beware.

I received the jack 3, three ,123 days after ordering and was amained at receiving it so soon: BUT 2 days later when a son came over to change mower blades (I am a 100% disable veteran with hearth failure and unable) while attempting to assemble jack we discovered the nuts and bolts and other assemble parts was MISSING! THEN I realized what happened the jack they sent me was a return close to my address and they just rerouted it to me BUT the returnee for whatever reason didn't send back everything! Again was asked to take photos of MISSING parts; sent photos several times but said they never received them! THEY'RE JUST CROOKS
