VEVOR may want to package their products just a tad better

VEVOR apparently is unable to prepare shipment all that well. In addition to that, they are a nightmare to deal with. It takes about 24 hours to answer each request, the requests they ask are ridiculous and redundant, then you pretty much go nowhere with them. I'm seeking alternative means to take care of this issue. You HAVE to see these pictures. Even then, VEVOR doesn't wish to do anything. This is an inflatable tent! I truly wish I could share the video. The photos tell the tale but don't do it as much justice as the video.

Worst item i ever bought. Wouldn’t hold air from day 1 and all they wanted to do was send me a patch kit. What a joke.

The tent came with a hole in the PVC seam, and thus cannot hold pressure and deflates.
