Arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect order. Handrail is coated for protection and lightweight. Easy to install, although you will require a hammer drill. This product will adjust to almost any incline of steps and will be secure and safe for any person to use.

My husband and I bought this for his dad, Who has a hard time walking and needed a railing for balance to get into his place. It works perfectly for him! Just what needed!

Easy installation comes with masonry drill bit, anchors, and wrenches. Looks great, I have purchased four of various sizes. Holding up nicely in the outside weather, but also look great indoors.

We haven't installed it yet. Our insurance company is requiring us to have sturdy handrails to our outdoor steps. We have several buildings with steps and we have the house steps. We think these handrails are sturdy enough for daily use and to meet the insurance requirements. They were also a great price so we ordered several steps for all our steps. Thanks for a great price and great product. KP

I did not want this product for outdoors, but it was ideal for what I needed. I wanted a rail to put around the opening in my loft, so that when I went into the loft, it would be safer as I wouldn't be in danger of accidentally slipping into the gap! Obviously, i had to buy the correct screws for going into wood and not stone, - which were the ones provided with the rails, but the actual product was great. Easy to fit and I am now more secure when I venture up there to try to sort out the 50 years of clutter which has accumulated! I would definately recommend.

One of the bases was misaligned with the cap. Came with a drill bit, but it wasn't a standard STS bit and didn't fit in any of my US tools. Luckily I already had the right one. The rail should extend beyond the posts just a bit more or have multiple options for mounting the legs. In my setup it ended up a bit short on one end and longer on the other, but no way to move it because of the stairs and no adjustment options.

Excellent Product, easy to install and looks fantastic. Very sturdy Handrail. Powder coated finish and attaches easily to most surfaces with ease. Highly Recommended AAA+.

Installed this railing on a concrete front porch spanning one step. The installation was quite easy using the included bolts and the railing is very secure and reliable.

Just bought our second handrail. Easy to install, looks modern, and is sturdy. My only gripe is the loose plastic ground plate cover, which spins around when touched. Needs a fixing system. Otherwise good product.
