As dureable as the weight will allow. I used this to exhaust the hot side of a portable AC through a 7 foot over floor basement window and it works excellent. Using a hand touch on the jacket no real heat re-radiating into the room. I sealed the fiberglass ends with duct tape to contain any shards. I fount the ducting flexible enough in view of (needed) bulk, easy enough to cut, work and handle.

Nice duct. Every bit as good as what you'd get at your local HVAC supply house. And the clamps are nice. Better than the typical nylon zip ties. Warning: This duct is packed VERY HIGHLY COMPRESSED for shipping. Don't open the plastic bag until you're ready for 25' of ductwork to come springing out. You cannot force it all back into the bag. Delivery took a couple of weeks, so pay attention to that if it matters to you.

This is a great solution for insulated 4 inch ducting. It comes compressed in a box but is easy to work with, easy to cut to the correct size, and the insulation works well to avoid thermal losses. The insulation is a touch delicate, but for its intended use it is sufficiently durable.

High Quality insulated double wall flexible duct – strange box This is pretty much same old same old standard HVAC flexible duct. It is sized correctly to fit over 6” collars and boxes. It came with super slow to use worm gear clamps, but I use instant Zip-Tie type wide nylon straps. You need to carefully cut off the three sides of the small end of the box to save the box as a dispenser with a flap hinge that you can tape shut.

This insulated foil flex duct is cheaper than the big box stores and higher quality too. The included hose clamps are above and beyond, and the duct is shrink wrapped within the box too so you don't get the jack-in-the-box effect when opening the box. Well done again Vevor!
