Great product and price. Comes with everything you need and then some. I should work for this company since I buy everything from them!

I bought it for my nephew and and his family, they love it. So much so, he's convinced me I need my own.

Fairly easy to set up if you have basic plumbing skills. Luckily I was able to use my existing setup from my old ionizer as this one comes with smaller lines so I would have had to buy new fittings and valves. It would have been nice if they supplied 3/8 fittings and tubes instead of 1/4”. But I made it work.

Really a great purchase with easy installation and very good quality. Much more featured machine than some that are thousands more.

Rather new to the item so I've only used it once thus far. Testing it with my wand water tester the PH seems to be pretty close to what the screen says. The mv seems way off but I'm not entirely confident in the tester as it is supposed to also test hydrogen content but has never done so (besides I bought this almost entirely for making alkaline water). Aside from that the machine works well. The flow control is smooth and responsive, the touch screen is responsive as well, and the functions are clear to understand. One downside is the inlet and outlet connections they do function but they limit you to using the hose provided or similar hose. It would be nice if they were simply stainless female threaded fittings for say 1/4" or 3/8" so that you could use a wide range of connection options.
