No spare battery available.
Disappointingly, it has limited battery life. You cannot buy a spare battery, as is available for other brands of stick vacuums. Frequent returns to the charger are required. Very inconvenient. If I were to buy another, I'd look for one with an accessory battery available.

Awful
This is an awful vacuum. If you're not single, living in a ten by ten space, and using it less than once a week, it is useless. First run out of the box and I was instantly disappointed. Better for a little kid to learn and play with in their own room.

Works awsome. Wife loves it. Battery seems to last a long time and charges fast. We plan to get another one for our camper.

Poor power dose not do good job on our wood floors short batter like. I understand the reason for the price on this one.
