Прошу счёт на оборудование 3 дня никто не отвечает. На вид пресс для труб выглядит очень дёшево особенно зарядка для аккумуляторов. Дальше посмотрим насколько надёжный.

I bought this tool and it went missing in shipping. The vevor ai customer service bot spun circles with words and it took me almost a month to get a refund.
I then bought the same tool off amazon for 100bucks less and it arrived in 3 days.
Vevor, good tools, half price, poor service.
I do like the tool thou.

Gekauft habe ich die Presse vor 14 Monate.Benutz habe ich die Presse leider nicht.Hat sich rausgestellt die Maschiene ist Defekt.Nicht 1x Benutzt worden und seit mehr als 1 Woche Versuche ich mit den Support kontakt auszunehmen.Leider sehr Schlechter Support bisher ohne Erfolg.Mir wurde eine Platine angeboten.Mit dieser kann ich nixs anfangen ich bin kein Reperateur.24 Monate Gewährleistung angeblich bisher ohne Erfolg

I am very disappointed with both the VEVOR press tool and their customer service.
I purchased the press tool expecting reliable and safe crimps for plumbing work, but I quickly lost confidence in the tool. The crimps do not feel consistently mechanically locked and I do not trust the reliability of every connection it makes.
I contacted VEVOR multiple times requesting support and a return, but instead of getting a proper solution, I keep receiving the same response saying they will “get back to me.” My emails are not being properly answered and the issue is not being resolved.
This is a serious concern because plumbing press tools are supposed to create safe and reliable connections. When you cannot fully trust the tool, it becomes a major problem.
At this point, I am considering escalating the case through PayPal because I am not satisfied with the product or the support experience.
Very frustrating experience overall.

Do not buy any vevor products. They do not have any customer support. If you need any parts for the product you buy from them they will not find a parts for the product you buy from them. Go figure.
